This Wendy’s is legit. Never had a old ass order of fries, burgers are consistently good. Workers there are nice too. I’ve never dined in but the drive thru is pretty quick even when they have a line they get it moving. Especially good since they’re open late.

Very impressed with this Wendy’s. They did make a mistake with our fries, but we luckily checked the bag and they apologized and fixed it promptly. They gave us FRESH fries and apologized again. They also greeted us at the window with a smile. This is huge for me. I worked in fast food(McDonald’s) for many years and can’t emphasize how important it is to greet and be kind to your customers. I have always been a loyal McDonald’s fan, but the McDonald’s that is a few blocks away from this Wendy’s(also on Columbia Pike) is painfully terrible. I am angry every time I leave the drive-thru. They do not greet you, they do not smile, and EVERYSINGLETIME we order, they mess multiple things up. And then they do not apologize, but instead act like you are bothering them. Thanks Wendy’s for not being this way. I think I am going to stop going to McDonald’s from now on(which is a pretty big deal for me) and go to this Wendy’s instead.

Sorely needs a Good Cleaning!!! Been here several times because Wendy’s food is pretty good, but wow, what a dump! The seating is so old its falling apart… the floors are disgusting. I think they mop with oil based water because BECAREFUL, so slippery!!! The first time I nearly slipped on the greasy floor I thought it was a fluke, but like I said, have been there several times and each and every time its like entering a skating rink. The service is horrible, can’t seem to get an order right. This place should be an embarrassment to the Wendy’s franchise. I’ve given this Wendys location all the chances its going to get… NOMORE!!!

Per the request of Gilbert… Ode to Wendy’s I used to like your burgers when I was a kid. I used to like your fries too, but then as I grew up I realized there are other options in the world besides Wendy’s kids meals, mac and cheese and pb and j. I grew up a lot. I still love your frosties. From time to time, I will get the urge to get one. Usually the junior size so I don’t end up the size of a walrus. I don’t like your customer service. This location particularly seems to have a huge problem with employee turnover and ones who do not seem to comprehend basic instructions. No, I do not want ketchup with my frosty. Thanks for asking. As for much else — Wendy’s, you’ll forever be my childhood past time. Not much more than that.

I truly wish this place could improve. Its the closest Wendys to the house and Id hate for it to disappear if it ever gets to that point. I think Wendy’s is unique from other fast food places in that they offer different sides that in my opinion are more substantial than just fries or onion rings. In the wintertime I actively crave their cheap yet tasty chili. My cat and I love Wendys chicken nuggets and vanilla frostys while my husband loves their baked potatoes. Having a few adopted friends, I also appreciate their fundraising efforts for the Dave Thomas adoption foundation they run(and $ 1 frosty keychains?! amazing.). However, I’ve never had good service at this location. It always takes forever to order, and sometimes we have to repeat our orders or otherwise just end up with the wrong thing. I do love Wendy’s, but not this one. In other sad news, they discontinued frosty floats. Now I have to buy a small root beer and small frosty and put it together myself :(

We moved to the area in November 2012. We love Wendy’s, and when we found this particular restaurant, it quickly became a favorite. It is convenient, it was clean, well run, our orders were always correct(which seems to be a difficult feat for many fast-food restaurants), and the food was good. We can only speak to the inside service, as don’t use the drive-thru, but since around October or November of 2013, this Wendy’s has really gone in the dumper. Just making our order has been like this major ordeal every time we have gone in over the last 4 months or so. Whoever has been working the counter seems entirely unfamiliar with the POS(that’s «point of sale,» not the other POS) terminal and unfamiliar with the menu. First of all, whoever the genius is in the corporation who got rid of the Baja salad is an absolute moron. That is one of the best fast-food salads going. Whatever. This most recent time, my wife and I each ordered a salad. I tried to get the Asian chicken cashew salad, but was told they didn’t have the dressing for it, and I was asked if I still wanted the salad, but with a different dressing. What? That’s like asking if I want mayo or mustard for my fries instead of ketchup. So then I got the Spicy ceasar chicken salad. It was the most bland salad I think I’ve ever eaten, and there was no spice whatsoever, so I’m not sure where the«spicy» in the name of the salad comes from. My wife got the BBQ ranch chicken salad. Her salad was good, but we stood at the counter for a good five minutes while the clerk tried to figure out how to use the POS terminal. Based on what she was saying, it seems like she kept repeating the same mistake on the terminal, over and over. She would get the supervisor to void or reset the transaction, and then she would make the same mistake again. This probably happened three or four times. My wife also wanted the free baby-size Frosty(by showing the key-tag), but we ended up getting charged for it. It was just too much trouble to try to get the clerk to fix it. Then the person filling the order first put one of our salads with the order in front of us. Then she got the other salad wrong. It was just one mistake after another, and it has been like this everytime we’ve been in there over the last 6 months. If anything, seeing how difficult it is to find employees who can competently perform tasks that should be within the capabilities of your average 9th grader, makes me feel sorry for the managers who have to keep these places functioning at a profit. I think we’re finally done with this Wendy’s for a while.

My husband and I love Wendy’s. It’s our guilty pleasure that we indulge in way too often. Lately, all of our orders have been spot on. My one pet peeve about any given Wendy’s in the past has been that they seem to always forget the dipping sauce for your nuggets! No matter what location you go to. No matter which state you’re in. But this place has been very good with making sure our entire order(sauce included!) is accounted for. I can’t say much for the dining experience. We always do the drive through. Our orders are prompt and even when there’s a line we don’t wait that long. Good place. Good fast food. Edit(06⁄2014): This place, like every other Wendy’s, is skimping on the sauce. Make sure you ask for it while ordering(we only ever use the drive through), and CHECKYOURBAGS! Do not leave without it! You paid for it, you should get what you paid for! Also, it is becoming more and more difficult to understand the person taking our orders on the mic. I think there’s a new guy. Make sure everything on the screen is correct before you proceed to check out.

This place is not good. Constantly getting the order wrong. Salads are not fresh. There is a nearby Wendy’s on King St across the street from TGIF and next to a 7-eleven. If you do find yourself at this one, make sure you check your bag before you leave.

Hello. I do not recommend this Wendy’s. I ate couple of months ago a chicken sandwich and I had to throw out everything in less than an hour. I was so sick. Do not look clean.

Standard Wendys fare. The new staff have gotten my order right every time but one all year and I frequent this place frequently given my odd hours of work. The workers are mainly foreign but they have a strong work ethic in my experience.

This place is awful — even by fast food standards… The screwed up my order, didn’t give me any change, and the food is god awful, again even by fast food standards. Seriously, I’ve been here a couple times due to near starvation, and it is probably the worst Wendy’s i’ve ever been too. If you imagine everything that can go wrong at a fast food place, then you’ll know what to expect.
