The treatment is ok. However, patient experience with their receptionist/scheduler, Liz, is horrible. This lady needs to be fired or go back to school for customer service and manners. She is just horrible with dealing with patients and their families after luring patients in by being nice at first meeting and eventually showing her nastiness and attitude once you’ve signed up for treatment and start making payments. She would be so nasty with your kids when they are late for the first time, condescending when appointment changes are being requested, and just generally unpleasant. The rest of the office staff are easy on the eyes and ears. This Liz, who is usually the first person you meet, just ruins the whole image of this practice.

Sadly, we probably won’t be able to continue w/Garrett because they don’t accept our new dental insurance plan. We REALLY liked them! So that sucks.

Dr Garrett is the best! His staff is so friendly and supportive! My son just got his braces off and they always treat us like royalty! I would recommend them highly to anyone! They rock!

Garrett Orthodontics is an example of a technologically advanced business with the home town feel. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that we never wait long to be seen, the visits are efficient, there’s a great play room with movie for my younger child, I get reminders of our appointments by email and you can’t beat the payment plan they offer.
