Aroma Medical Supply

Aroma Medical Supply is well stocked with an array of medical supplies for your every need! I swung by here as I was in need of an ankle brace after I sprained it at the trampoline gym. This store is in the same plaza as my dentist as well as a Jack in the Box and has tons of parking, so its a win win situation.
The lady and man were very helpful and kind. They were not over bearingly in my face about what I needed or what they thought I should buy. The lady gave me the pros and cons to each of the different braces and also gave me some advice on what would help. She was very motherly and helpful.
While I was in the store, I was amazed with how many different types of wheelchairs, scooters, shoes, braces for every part of your body and other supplies they had. While I was in the store, some boy came in and randomly asked if they had gauze … I was thinking «random! can’t you buy that at Target?» But the lady quickly ran over and showed him to the shelf with all the cotton balls and materials you would find in your dr’s office… 2 minutes later the boy bought a ton of gauze packets for a school project he was doing… it was a pretty cute.
All in all they literally have everything here for very good prices. So the next time you need a brace for any part of your body or any miscellaneous medical supplies, I say you swing by and take a gander! I know I will!

If I could leave a negative 10, I would! Do NOT allow these people to scam you with their lies. I am currently waiting for my fathers medical equipment that they stated they requested 2 weeks ago. Of course, when I called the insurance company to verify whether or not a request was sent– of course it WASN’T! The insurance company three wayed me to speak to Sunny (the same lady who told me 15 minutes earlier that an order was submitted 2 weeks ago). Of course Sunny bold faced lied about telling me that an order was submitted and according to her, she has been trying to contact patient to let me know that she is waiting for info from the Dr. to send in the prescription WHAT A LIAR! The insurance lady was even astonished that she sat on this prescription for 2 weeks. So, story short– my fathers equipment was never ordered which means it will take longer because these idiots decided to lie and sit on the prescription. I hope this business gets closed down.
I am sure that the reason they are prolonging on ordering my fathers equipment is because I am currently renting a medical bed from them and the longer it takes for my fathers equipment to get here, the longer I have to rent their bed.
I spoke to the office manager at the Dr. office and they stated that they sent in all the info that they needed to in order to place the order.
PLAIN AND SIMPLE, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLY NEEDS BE FULFILLED BY THESE MORONS.
