CareMeridian Nursing and Rehab

My experience with Artesia Care Meridian has be nothing below superb. I was skeptical at first when reading the review in 2009′. When my husband had a brain trauma in late 2013′, and needed of acute care following discharged from hospital. Artesia Care Meridian is the only place nearby. When meeting the director, Angie, she explained everything in detail from the beginning so we had no surprises. Her clear direct and very personable approach made my decision easier. The facility was cleaned, staffs are professional and qualified. The staff treats you like family, its amazing how sincere they are. They were able to help me in so many ways that it is impossible to explain here. They are reliable, kind and caring. They have made my load much lighter by having the best of their associates. By sharing great information that has helped me tons while caring for my husband. The foods are tasty and freshly made. I learned several good recipes there as well. My husband is doing much better and on his way to a recovery. Words really cant express our appreciation.

Thanks again guys, you’re amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone who are looking for a an acute, or sub-​acute care, should give it a try with Artesia Care Meridian.

The facility is nice except for I think it’s a façade and that’s what they use to compensate for their bad services. The director, Liz Segura, is really fake. She knows how to charm the right people such as her bosses and other people in the medical industry she works with. She pretends to be really nice and well mannered. But to the customers, the people and families who put their loved one in Care Meridian, she is the devil! She likes to twist words around and blame the customers for their loved ones problems. The employees are all scared of her so they won’t say anything. Liz does not know anything about customer service. If you bring up an issue to her, she will be rude about it. Instead of saying, «well let’s see what I can do to make things better» she comes out and makes the customers feel insignificant. It is really un-​professional of her and that is not how you treat customers at all. Her attitude is more like I don’t care if your loved one is here, I don’t have to be nice to you, as long as you’re paying for my facility to keep running, I don’t have to treat you with respect. Of course, everyone who matters to her she is the fake nice woman, but that’s how she gets her way she sucks up to all the big wigs and doctors that work with her facility. They all think she is nice but she is not. She just knows how to talk and act around certain people. Liz Segura has no customer service skills and that is what will turn people off. I’m glad we got our loved one outta there!
