Large portions, friendly staff, decent food. Food does take a little longer to make than expected but that’s because they seem to cook the skewers to order and they are pretty thick so not much they can do about that I suppose. I usually pass on chicken in favor of almost any other meat but here I think the best thing is the chicken skewers. They’re well seasoned, juicy, and tasty. The platters are a bit pricey but come with a nice assorted choice of sides. I usually like the grape leaves and the tabbouleh or cucumber yogurt. The garlic sauce is POTENT and your breath will reek of garlic for hours, which depending on your level of garlic lovin’ can be a positive or a negative thing.(It’s a positive thing)

Best middle Eastern food by far in Cerritos. Food is always fresh and always on point. Beef kabob combo plate is by far my favorite in their menu, always tender and always delicious. Restaurant is small but the food packs a big punch. I’ve always been hesitant to order middle eastern food, the once I’ve had was always dry and bland. Kabab crush, changed that for me. I’ve been back 3 times since I had their food for the first time. Try it. you will not be disappointed.

Great food. I had the chicken kabab. Despite getting about 7 or 8 chunks of meat on my plate it was just the right amount. Hummus was perfect. Free refills on drinks and the plate was only 7.99 $. The rice was delicious and the potato salad was good too even though I didn’t finish it. Lastly the pita bread with the hummus and chicken was a great combination. Will try again. However they didn’t let me use my free drink for checking in so that’s why I gave them a 4 star.

Small shop with what I’m guessing is a family running the business. The food is great with a lot of variety to choose from. It seems that your food is made to order, however the wait time is quite a bit long. At least 15 minutes after your order. Whenever I go I call ahead and place my order. I usually get the sumac onions and hummus as the two sides. I always end up having hummus left over with the one pita they give you so I order an extra one for a couple cents. Give it a try !

OMG! I have been driving cross town to Fullerton’s Pita Pit for the last years… when you were here all my life! Great food! Great portions! Fresh! Made-to-order! Great prices! Very mom and pop! Yummy rice. Beef schwarma. Mediterranean tahini salad. Baba Ghanouj(and if you don’t like egg plant, hummus!) Pita bread. Bomb garlic sauce. What more can I ask for. I shall be back.

I came here based on the Unilocal reviews. I liked how it was a nice mom and pop kind of restaurant. The problem I had however, was the wait time. It was even crowded. I ordered 2 entrees and it took 30 min for us to get our food. I go to Zankou Chicken all the time and their max wait time is 6 – 10 min to get your food which is also prepared fresh to order. As for my chicken, it was too dry and burnt/charred. I wish it was more juicy like at Zankou chicken.

Too bad you can’t give half stars or i’d give this place a 3 ½. Pros: Decent portions and good prices. Hummus is alright, the meat is pretty good. Lots of variety to choose from. They did a good job on the lamb and the beef is pretty solid too. Cons: The wait took awhileeee. the place was fairly empty when I came in and it took around 30 minutes to finally get the food. Kind of sucks if you’re in a rush. Wish they gave more pita bread. The small taco sized piece wasn’t much to go off on. Wasted hummus :/. the Mediterranean salad was okay. the dressing was really sour and the chunks were rather large. I like putting them into the pita and wrapping it all up. Bottom line: There are a good chunk of pretty good Greek restaurants around. The one that I frequent is the Falafel Shack so the reason for the 3 star is that I have to grade it accordingly. The service at the Shack faster, the serving sizes are larger, the hummus is better if not one of the best that i’ve had and their beef Shawerma is definitely better than this place. This place has more variety for options to choose from, but seeing to it that I probably won’t be coming back any time soon. I can’t give it 4 stars.

This place is amazing. I ordered a beef entrée plate(9.99) it’s comes with two appetizers & rice. You can sub the rice for salad or fries. My beef was cooked perfectly with the right amount of seasonings. I sub the rice for salad. And they gave me a large portion of cucumber salad which had tomatoes and green bell peppers(soooo good). For my appetizer sides I chose sumac onions & tabouleh. Also my entrée came with a fluffy piece of pita bread and the creamiest — garlicky spread I have ever tasted. It was extremely busy today(Sunday) we ordered Togo and the wait was 25 minutes. A few people complained about waiting for their food also(20 minutes) but from my previous experiences @ Mediterranean restaurants, they typically take a longer time to cook/serve the food.

I just finished wiping the baba Ghanouj from my beard. This is my 2nd time eating here and overall very impressed. Disclaimer: I am not the most knowledgeable on this type of food like I am with Mexican food. Location– easy to miss in a small shopping center on the corner of Gridley &183rd across from the Cerritos Mall; simple and clean décor with some indoor and outdoor seating; parking is not a problem Ordering/employees– easy to understand menu and prices seem reasonable; you can call in your order, which I did the 2nd time since it took so long the 1st time here… still had to wait a longer than expected time when I came to pick up my order this time as people placed their orders who were dining in and as a phone order was taken(took about 10 mins to just pay and pick up my order); the 2 employees I have interacted with are very friendly and polite but it just feels like they are a bit understaffed Food– by far the best thing about this place; tried the chicken, beef, and kefta and all 3 were excellent with my favorite being the beef; for sides I have had the baba Ghanouj, tabouleh, and Mediterranean salad and all 3 are solid choices *I was a bit disappointed with the small serving of beef kabob and only getting one delicious pita bread with the meal

This is my go to Mediterranean spot when I’m in the area! Two combos(one meat choice, two sides, with rice and a pita bread) plus garlic sauce on the side are a little over $ 20! I love the chicken and steak kabobs. Both are very juicy and flavorful. The rice seems stir fried with some seasonings and some vermicelli pieces … Aka tastiness! Would definitely recommend others to come(: though the wait is a little longer, everything is very freshly made. Try ordering out ahead of time to avoid the wait!

FINNALLY!@! A good Mediterranean place I can add to my most Fav’s list. This is also one of those restaurants, that I will unabashedly admit, that is soOo good that I don’t want anyone to know about. But since this place is already popular, I don’t think my input will make any bit of difference. We got the: –Chicken Kabob plate w 2 sides: miditerranean tahini salad + Mid po salad –Chicken Schwarma plate w 2 sides: Hummus + baba Ghanouj Why we love these so much and why you should give them a try: 1. White meat on chicken kabobs are NOTDRY. WOW! Also these things are flavorful as hell, in a good way. If hell can be flavorful. BUENO! *This is already a win in my book, but wait, there’s more! 2. Rice is so moist and soft, and tastey, and buttery! BUENO! 3. Reasonable prices + good portions. DOUBLEBUENO! 4. Last but not least. Staff friendliness and Cleanliness. Muy Bueno! Everything was good here from the rice, to the sides, to the main dishes, to the staff. We were both wow’d by the quality and quanity. There aren’t many of these places around so we’ll definitely try to appreciate them as much as possible. Especially when they’re working to hard to please us customers. Gracias! Mucho Muy Bueno x 2!!!

While Kabab Crush had some quirks, I have to say the chicken kabob with garlic spread was delicious. If you have enough time to eat on your workday lunch, this is a good spot to go, although can be a little pricey for lunch. You probably also want to order ahead to avoid the wait, and order early so they don’t run out of anything. Other than that, Kabab Crush is a nice, healthy spot to get your lunch on.

4÷13÷16 Work party mini cater event. I requested for the food to be ready for pick up at 1130am and they were right on time. Everything was nicely packaged and kept safe for transport. The meats were so moist and juicy. You could see the meat juice at the bottom :) so delicious. I was hesitant that it would not be enough food to feed 12 people but I ended up having leftover everything. All my co workers loved the food and kept asking where the food was from. I would highly recommend them for any small shindig or big party. This place has high standards for their foods items and you can tell they care about quality! Thank you all so much for a wonderful food event.

Ordered take out today during dinner. Cute mom and pop place. –small eating area which seemed very clean. Cute kitchen pumping out a lot of food. Got the falafel plate and chicken kabob plate. –everything in general just seemed dry to us… We are used to eating down on 2nd at open sesame and this place just seemed to miss the mark for our taste. (Chicken, falafel, the tabbouleh, the pita bread all dry) –the good… Really nice baba ganoush, hummus… id order this again in a heart beat. Tahini was nice. Very reasonable prices and big portions. I really wanted to love this place as its soo much closer and and easier in/out than 2nd street. Was just a 3 star for us.

«How did you know, ’cause I never told… You found out I’ve got a crush on you» — Nero(or The Jets, depending on what generation you’re in) Kebab Crush has left me besotted after my visit. After just one taste on my lips I can’t wait for more! I ordered a KEFTAKABAB entrée($ 8.99) with tabouleh and grape leaves as my appetizers. By the way, I love how they allow you to choose 2 appetizers instead of just giving you the generic Greek salad and rice. However, it still comes with rice and pita bread! Be sure you are not in a rush when ordering here. It took my plate about half an hour to come out, which was a tad ridiculous, but uh… perfection takes time? I had to wolf down my food and had to take most of it to go because I had somewhere to be though. The Kefta was yummy, moist, and seasoned well — delicious with the fluffy rice. The tabouleh was refreshing, tart, and balanced out the savoriness of everything else I ordered. The grape leaves were a flavor burst in my mouth. They also came with some olives, jalepenos, and pickled veggies. My pita bread was soft and warm, and the garlic dip that comes with it is amazing! It was a very stimulating theme park for my taste buds. Can’t recommend this spot enough for Mediterranean food in the Cerritos area. You get a good amount of quality food at a decent price. Yes, you might have to wait a while, but it’s very good! I must find out if they take phone orders. Until next time Kebab Crush, keep on crushing it at what you do! Decided to try this place because my boyfriend wanted Mediterranean food. I was a little skeptical to try this place but i’m glad I did! Parking: it wasn’t hard for me to find parking. Parking shouldn’t be a problem. Ordering: at first I was trying to look up at their tv screen to see if they would have the menu posted but no they just have pictures. Their menu is a pamphlet you get next to the cashier. Pita pocket beef shawarma: I was ok. One thing that I did dislike about it is that they put so much sauce or maybe it was the wet vegetables that made the pita so soggy and sour. The vegetables they put on their definitely dominated the whole sandwich(idk what else to call it, pita pocket?) anyways I wish they didn’t put so much of their sour sauce or whatever it is that made the pita pocket so sour. Falafel: I love their falafel perfectly crisp on the outside. Wait time: wait time is a little long, I felt like I waited forever for my food. I think it is because they receive soooo many phone orders. Will definitely come back and try something else in the menu.

This spot is nestled in a small shopping center directly across on the street from Nordstrom at the Cerritos Mall. A very tiny space filled with with a room of customers has to be a good thing, right? Well due to my love of Mediterranean food, we stopped here and placed a order suited to meet all of our desires. The menu is generous in opportunities of healthy, hearty and flavorful food choices. The music being played throughout this tiny space makes you feel like you’ve traveled abroad. Perhaps eating here you may may be fortunate enough to indulge in the most authentic meal. Basically the aroma, the menu and the sounds are welcoming. Customer service? Well it’s not existent. You basically order your food, take a number, find a seat(if you can), and then hope for the best. Over 30 minutes have passed and we are still sitting, waiting, hungry, and possibly growing a bit impatient. As a first time patron, I’m not feeling or seeing a sense of urgency or courtesy for the fast food that seems to be served slow. Now if you have patience, this place is for you. That time it takes to perfect the flavors that encompassed my meal is unparalleled. By far the quality being served here exceeds most places. The garlic sauce is beyond definition, it’s just that delicious. The chicken and shrimp kabob plate without rice and double Mediterranean salad was BOMB!!! I’m giving the good 5 stars but the review is four stars for the excessive wait without proper forewarning or customer engagement. Try, try, try. Perhaps just don’t come at a busy time like I did or better yet exercise patience!

We were in town to visit the family and stopped by to have lunch. The restaurant is very casual and has indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and they call your number. The menu includes a variety of options including pita wraps, kebab entrees, appetizers and sides. The food was tasty and it’s nice that the entrees include rice, your meat choice or falafel, 2 appetizers and pita bread. The falafel was crunchy, delicious and right out of the fryer. The hummus and tabouleh hit the spot. Unfortunately they give too much rice for the small portion of meat. The only issue we encountered(same as the other Unilocal reviews) is that the food took over 25 mins to come out and it wasn’t that busy. Prepare to wait or call in your order ahead of time.
