Not a pleasant place to eat customer service was very poor. Found what I think was little pieces of rat hair in my soup told the waiter and he accused me of putting the hairs in there myself when I haven’t even touched the soup then another waiter comes and apologized and gave me a new one. All I know is that it’s not the hair but the waiter is what makes me never to come here ever again very wrong of him!

So far, best Phở around my area. Always clean, friendly and fast service. Love their Shrimp only Phở and Thai Ice Tea. My family loves coming here too.

3.5 stars when we got there, got seated right away. after that, nobody paid attention to us. but Im assuming 3 tables got seated just before we got there, because they barely ordered, so a little more understandable. There was only 2 servers. so service was really slow. the food however I really liked the phở broth & the bo luc lac here was tasty!

This phở place is awesome! The service is good and attentive. I love the seafood phở but the meatball kind is also good. The egg rolls are tasty & the tapioca dessert is very tasty. The restrooms are decent.

Bomb phở everytime i go! The wait time to get a seat is almost always immediate. Food always tastes fresh and they don’t mind steaming the bean sprouts. Always give onions on the side when you order phở.

Jeez, what happened to service — never had such a difficult time ordering, or communicating with staff. He even said«Make sure you put a tip»… why would someone have to say that? Must happen often that the service is so bad that folks don’t tip(?). Regardless, bad, creepy and akward service!

I came here with my family and friend. I don’t really care for phở, I was looking forward for the tapioca but sadly they said they don’t have it anymore. Such disappointment for all of us. =(

My broth was clear but the brisket was a bit tough and I wasn’t too jazzed about the egg rolls. I liked the warm tapioca pudding though!

Broth is really bland. You can only get one size, and it’s a pretty big size :(I wish I could get a smaller size because I can’t finish that much phở and it’s a waste!(2) phở with brisket,(1) plain phở, and(1) order of eggrolls came out to almost $ 40. Not worth it for super mediocre food.

Good– was good but I am a huge phò fan and I’ve had better Customer service– excellent! They are so amazing and friendly and it was my favorite part. We can on a Sunday evening and there was a waiting time. Would definitely try it again.

Phở Tasty was too crowded as usual, so we opted to come here. There was no line Saturday lunch hour. PROS: –Phở tasted standard –Generous with cilantro, onions, bean sprouts(so key!) –Decent service –Sweet Vietnamese dessert given at the end of meal CONS –Prices are $ 1 – 2 higher for a bowl of phở, and nothing is premium about it. –The Sriracha and brown sauce bottles are sunbathing by the window. Not kept in «cool and dry» place. –Broth wasn’t piping hot. –Establishment does not seem completely hygienic

Good phở place in Artesia, about a couple miles south of the 91 fwy. Though the phở was on par with others I’ve tried, it’s a bit on the pricey side. Fried egg roll app for $ 9? We didn’t order them, but they must have been amazing. We did get the spring rolls that were a little cheaper. If we’re in the area again, and in the mood for phở, we’ll stop by. But, probably wouldn’t make a special trip here just to eat.

We were on our way to a Phở place nearby and came here because I use to come years ago with my older cousin and remembered liking their food. We came in and saw one guy running the place, ordered the shakes: coconut, watermelon and honeydew. Unfortunately, he said they had no boba available today. We proceeded to ordered egg roll appetizers, Phở Tai well done, Phở Gà and a tool order of summer shrimp rolls. The egg rolls and shakes came fairly quickly and tasted amazing! The place had one other party when we arrived and a few straggler to go orders. This waiter was on his own going back and forth through the cashier area to fetching plates from the kitchen, I’m sure there was a cool back there but didn’t see them. Anyway, the waiter was polite and friendly despite being a one man show. I took notice that the prices were raised for a few menu items. Phở was $ 8 and up for a regular sized bowl which is steep compared to other phở places. It was fine by me though because we enjoyed our food and drinks very much. The waiter kindly offered us a Vietnamese warm complimentary dessert and it was yummy. I knocked off one star due to the unavailability of boba, the raised prices and the chicken in my phở was a little over cooked so it was hard to chew. Otherwise, everything else really hit the spot. If I needed phở in this area again I would come back. I remembered then have delicious vermicelli bowls, the ones with marinated meat, veggies and chopped egg rolls. The sauce is amazing on it.

Girlfriends and I ordered some phở to go. We got their phở tai, egg rolls and spring rolls. Personally I never enjoy my phở if it’s take out. The broth cools down and the rare steak never cooks thoroughly. Womp. I didn’t really like the taste of their broth. Their rolls were good though. I mean, I love egg rolls no matter what, where and when. But far as spring rolls go I’m usually not a fan unless it’s Brodards. However the spring rolls and peanut sauce here were really good! So that says a lot.

Tried this place a few days ago since my usual go to Phở Tasty was jam packed to the point where they weren’t taking phone calls. Let me just say I’m glad that I did. It has a much cleaner overall feel and the soup tastes a lot cleaner. Their«large» bowl actually makes a difference in comparison with Phở Tasty where it barely does. I will definitely be here again and this will be my go to from now on!

Good Price approximately $ 7 – 8 bucks per phở bowl or any other dishes they have. Delicious phở bowl pretty decent big sized. They give usual sprouts and veggies on the side. Ate a spring roll too it was delicious with the side peanut sauce! They also gave a small hot dessert! Customer service is average.

After a post meal workout, we were craving phở. My friend from the area recommended this place cause it was reasonable and service was quick. Ambiance Parking: A lot of in the plaza but parking was easy to find. Seating: * Plenty of seating for about a good 40 people. Great for groups, couples or singles. Feels: * Nothing too fancy here. Just another clean, decorative, Vietnamese phở shop. Great to catch up with a friend, go on a low key date, or spend time with family. Food: Summer Rolls(A-OK) Yeah I’ve had better but I’ve had worst. It ain’t no Brodards but if you want a hint of a feel of a summer roll, this would be a good one. Oxtail Phở(Recommend) Limited Time! Definitely different from your standard brisket and phở-ndamentals. For a healthier choice, go for this. Customer Service: Standard politeness, which I can’t really complain with. Kudos! At the end they served us fresh and warm tapioca pudding, not a fan but I appreciate it. Overall: 3.5 stars. Food was delicious, service was quick and price was about right. If I’m ever in the Cerritos/Artesia area and am looking for a non-busy phở place. I know where to go. TL;DR Tips: * Extra dollar for noodles to go.

Have you ever can’t decide where to eat for lunch or dinner? Well this place is for you! This place is nothing fancy and looks like an everyday restaurant and it is! But its way better than most of the phở noodle joints. Their restaurant is very clean and have friendly costumer service. The food is good especially their rice dishes. I always order their grilled chicken/rice and provided with the side of pickled veggies. My girlfriend always order their fresh spring rolls which is refreshing. My family and I most of the time eats here cause it’s familiar to our liking :)

It sucks that if you come an hour before close they try to rush you out. I mean I understand that they’re about to close but I still have an hour lol. A friend and I asked for two extra bowls and they only gave us one. My friend wanted the pork and shrimp vermicelli combo, but they ran out of pork and only had chicken. So she didn’t really have any other choice but to get the chicken. I ordered the house special and found a hair in my soup after I almost finished eating all of it :( During my friend’s previous visit, she said she found a dead fly in her onions and let the waiter know, but all they did was give her a new one. No apology or anything. At least this time they offered us a new one or a discount lol. Never coming here again.
