The smell of incense is overpowering. It actually permeates the food and everything starts tasting like incense. The phở broth is missing. Tastes like low sodium chicken broth that was watered down. The egg rolls were good. The people working there are really nice. But the powerful incense and flavorless broth cannot be overlooked.

The filet mignon with watercress was amazing. The meat was juicy and tender. The service was very good and the waitress was so friendly. Out of all the phở places I went to, phở Tastic2 was the best in my opinion. The food was amazing and the service was great. I will definitely come more often!!!

There is a special going on until January 30th. Four types of phở for $ 4.99/small. The soup is good and plenty of noodles. The side dish that came with bean sprouts, mint leaves, and jalapeño were missing the limes. There is just a weird smell in the restaurant that smells like the sewer. If they can fix that, then the place is worth going. The egg rolls were good. It came with romaine lettuce and dipping sauce.

Amazing! This place is delicious. I usually go to there 1st store in placentia, and I heard they open this place and I had to try it. Very satisfied!!!
It’s has a very nice atmosphere and fast service. The owner is such a sweet lady and help us with anything we needed. My husband had the combination phở and the beef broth was aromatic. I had the filet mignon with watercress. The filet mignon is cooked to perfection very juicy. My kids had the shrimp fried rice and the butter rice with Cornish hen. I sample both and it was all so yummy! I will definitely be back!

Looking for a close place to home for Phở and found this little place. The server was very accommodating and helpful. We arrive after an apparent rush for Phở, being a cold day and all. Our order was taken quickly and due to the rush some items were sold out, but we’re told about that up front so no problem. The food came out quick and was good and fresh. The server gave us free sodas and was super nice! Being a news pace I’m sure they are still working out the kinks but they have the great service down! I hope this mom and pop’s place does well! We would go back!

There isn’t anything –tactic about this place. I figured I would try this place on this cold day since it was close to my house. It is located in a small business plaza with the more popular kariya bbq/hot pot place. Parking is definitely a problem since there are many business/small restaurant places that share a small parking lot. It is 730pm on a Sunday night and there were very few spots to choose from. I walked in the restaurant and found it to be surprisingly small and had poorly coordinated decoration. The first greeting I got was«our credit card machine is broken so we only take cash.» Luckily I had cash so it wasn’t a problem. The one lady working out front tried really hard to juggle the customer load but had difficulty. Folks who were seated sooner than my husband and I did not get their orders taken and were a bit upset when the chef came out and took our orders first. They currently have a free soft drink special probably for their grand opening offer. My husband likes his soda so it worked or well for him. We both ordered the well done beef brisket small size. I also added a shrimp spring roll. They order came fairly quick. The aroma was not strong in beef broth scent. I tasted the soup and there was only a hint of beef broth. To me, it tasted like very watered down beef soup. I’m not even calling it a broth because there was nothing brothy about it. I proceeded to examine the meat quality and quantity and found only three pieces of meat and one larger piece of fat. It was very sad. They noodle serving was large but somehow it also didn’t taste right. It may have been cooked too long. Have fun pulling out the large clump of noodle in your bowl. I ended up adding hot sauce to my noodles to give it some flavor. However, it still wasn’t palatable enough to finish. The shrimp spring rolls did not look bad but the sauce was just so poorly made. They give you peanuts in a container on the side which kind of defeated the purpose of peanut sauce… This also lacked any type of taste to desire for. I pulled off the skin and ate the lettuce and three small shrimp and called it a night. The server lady came around and gave each table a fried banana dessert. My husband said it was pretty good. I didn’t want to waste another moment of my palate on any of the food at this place. If a phở place can’t get the basic beef broth right, I don’t know how it’s still in business. Needless to say, I will not be returning. There are many more phở places in the area that have way better noodle soup and spring rolls. Don’t waste your money here and I will be keeping an eye out to see how long this place stays afloat.

Came to this place on a whim and found out that they just opened today. They have a grand opening special that was free meal for kids… but I didn’t really pay attention since I don’t have kids :) The food was pretty good for such a small place. Apparently they bought this location from the previous owners and they have another location in Placentia I believe hence the name that includes #2. I got the Vermicelli dry noodles… also known as Bun… It was fresh and tasted great… I am not sure what dish my friend got but it was with Egg Noodles and meat and veggies it looked great but I didn’t try it since I don’t eat red meat :) We also had some Spring rolls with sauce and it was just as delicious. I’ll have to come back again to try something else…
