This place is an institution. The staff here is so damn knowledgeable. Great shop, best selection of phones and they’re bilingual, just took my moms here and got every question she ever had resolved!
I will be coming here for now on. Forget all the big box stores. Family owned and operated for over 16 years!

Best customer service!!! They will help you with everything including your bill. They helped me take $ 50 off my bill. I recommend this place for sure. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years.

finally my 2 year contract was over and I was ready to switch my 4s to the 5s. I wanted to go to the verizon store or apple store to get the product since it was more «official» but my mom persuaded that they would have better service if I went to the place my mom put our info in. I first called a few days ahead to see if they had the black 32gb 5s in stock. they have an ample supply of 16gb but not the 32 so they would have to order. I was worried it wouldn’t get there on time but like they said it would, it did!
I got there and the person who helped me, Skye, was really friendly. he gave me one of those nice cases (foldable wallet ones) free of charge, as well as put the screen protector on (no bubbles yay!) so I didn’t have to worry about my new baby getting damaged on its first day.
Lastly, they gave me a $ 30 discount so the total I had to pay was not bad at all! I didn’t have to transfer data from my old fone to the new one since it was already backed up in my PC so didn’t even have to wait long. definitely coming here again! (after 2 years is up again lol)

My god this business seriously sucks ass, and the owner sucks to all he cares is about money he doesn’t care about helping out the customer I don’t recommend any one going to this shop if I where you I would just Go to Verizon store… Ps the owner of the shop Paul that’s his name … I would never ever do business with this shop again I can Promise you that
