I’ve always had great service and great pizza from this location. Always fast and friendly.

Dec. 20^th I ordered the 2 med any any $ 6.99 each deal to be delivered to my home… things didn’t turn out the way they promised… the pizza’s were warm and not hot and they both had the wrong ingredients on them… not that big of a deal except the time factor and the picking off the jalapenos on one and missing the pineapple on the other… of course I called in to let them know the situation and got an excellent response from the Manager on duty Daniel «no worries, we can re-​deliver you the right ones it will just take a while and or we can credit your account?» I don’t like the taste of pizza hut as it is and just took a chance on them once again so neither would benefit me I just asked if they would credit my credit card acct. Daniel assured me that he would do this but it would take 7 – 10 days for it to show on my bank statement… I want to thank Daniel for his great show of customer satisfaction… I checked my account on line today 12/​28/​2015 (I know not quite 10 days yet) and noticed that I hadn’t received my credit… of course I called back just to make sure it was still on it’s way and the store manager Charlette answered the phone and that’s where EVERTHING went down hill… I gave her the info of the prior event and she let me know that it wouldn’t have happened that way because she never authorized it… I assured her that it was already a done deal and just wanting to know how much longer it would take to see the refund in my account, it was then that I realized that we were starting to argue with each other and let her know that this wasn’t what I was looking to find, at that time she totally lost it and started yelling at me on my phone telling me a I needed to «suck it» and that I am a «piece of chit (not going to use her exact profanity) for thinking that just because she works at a pizza hut that she has to do what I say…» then went to let me know that I would get my refund because of such an azz I am and to never order from her pizza hut again then shouted out another «BAD WORD» while slamming the phone down on me… sounds crazy and hurtful but that’s the way it went down. I put on my shoes and jacket and went to her store that very minute to confront her and her abusive language, I arrived to find Daniel waiting for me at the front desk, I pulled out my receipt that I kept and asked him if this was the right address for this store… he told me yes and right away let me know that he was the one that put in the email for my refund and that I should receive it shortly… I told him that this is not what it’s about and that I needed to speak to his store manager, Daniel told me that she would not come out to talk to me about the phone incident because she was not in a professional manner, so she hid out in the back office and refused to talk to me that’s when I asked for his District Manager name and number to settle this situation… I got her name «Jan» and her number and made the call only to get her voice mail over and over again with no return call… Not sure if I need an attorney for the harsh verbal abuse I received and the non-​care unprofessionalism of the crew of Pizza Hut on 8990 Ralston Rd. Arvada, CO. (my hometown) except for Daniel who stood up to the plate and took ownership… now that’s a good employee.

it took an hour to get our pizza!!! wasn’t that good!!! but the order and everything we asked for was correct!

My boyfriend wanted wings, we called pizza hut to make it happen. We ordered 24 traditional, 12 honey bbq and 12 medium buffalo. I liked the way the bbq wings came out – they had a much better texture to their skin and they seemed cooked longer. The medium wings felt rubbery and chewy – in an almost panicky way like is this poultry fully cooked ?? but they were decent. My boyfriend kept telling me how hot the medium wings were – and they did have a little sting to them. I still personally like the hot hot buffalo wings. Decent service, decent price, I do however, recommend telling them to cook the wings longer if you prefer a more crispy hot wing.

Pizzas we’ve ordered are always made as we’ve ordered them and staff are always very friendly when we go pick our pizza up. Occasionally our cheese breadsticks taste like cinnamon, which is different, but not terrible.

I ordered my pizza online and the pizza was scheduled to arriave at 7:15pm. Pizza arrived on time and was good. Not the best. Service was friendly.

This location is awful. Admittedly, the poor service we received happened 3 years ago, but it still sticks out in my mind today! My husband and I (approximately 6 months pregnant) ordered a pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and garlic parmesan wings to be delivered. When we received the wings, they were completely uncooked! The genius who tossed them in the sauce didn’t even notice that they were cold, because they obviously didn’t pull them out of the fryer. When we called to speak to a manager, she was apathetic and it seemed like she didn’t care. We got a replacement order of wings, which we ended up not eating because we were so grossed out from handling and taking a bite of the raw wings. Fortunately, we live closer to a different location, but I still hesitate when I order wings from Pizza Hut, at any location.
