Best Western

Very friendly. Clean rooms at a great price. Excellent hot continental breakfast. But the bathrooms are very small. But the hot shower made up for that.

Ok place to stay. Rooms are clean and bug free. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, I was thinking Super 8 as I pulled up. Bathrooms are super small.

NO STARS: Would go out of my way then stay here again .
Not the nicest staff. Went to the pool and got asked not once, not twice but three times if we belonged to the hotel or we can’t use the pool. We showed him our card, told him our room number and he still harassed us. Then once we were in the pool he came and stood there next to the pool and watched us swim .
I understand it’s a outdoor pool in the back and people might come and use it, but ask once and let it be. Otherwise don’t have a pool .
No laundry, No fitness center. Staff seemed bothered when you ask them questions .
Not a lot of food options around here. Pizza Hut, subway, Mc Donald’s. Kinda in the middle of nowhere literally. Soda machines didn’t vend, they all flashed no sale for every option .
Rooms don’t really live up to other best western standards. Small small small bathroom. I can’t imagine a bigger person using the toilet .
Rooms do have fridge and microwave .
This is a super salty review. I wish I had better things to say.

Tried to stop here last night while driving through town, and was thwarted by the desk clerk’s COMPLETE INABILITY to do her job.
There were two men in line in front of me; they’d paid, and were waiting on her to make their key cards. Alas, something seemed to be wrong with the machine that wrote the cards. So she tried another blank. And another. And another. Until she’d used the whole box up.
She tried calling someone (the GM? Day manager? Tech support?) but couldn’t get any help. Apparently, she either didn’t have a master key or physical backup, or simply didn’t want to use it, to check in her customers.
In addition to her not being able to work the desk, she never acknowledged my walking in the lobby — not a «Just a moment while I get these keys made,» or even a «Hello!»
I walked out of the lobby after 17 minutes waiting (judging by the timing of my wife’s Facebook post as we pulled into the parking lot, and my response of «Slowest. Check-​in. Ever.» 17 minutes later, while still waiting), she was starting to explain to the two men why she couldn’t refund them either.
I strongly suspect that, in addition to losing my business, Best Western had to eat a chargeback or two, unless she figured out how to refund them for the room.

Room was nice size, bathroom is a bit small but that was okay and the room was clean. Good place to stop.

We got a deal by reserving 30 days in advance. Our room was clean and spacious. Among other amenities, it featured a microwave, a refrigerator, and a 25″ Philips HDTV. Both the beds were firm and comfortable. The staff was generally friendly. The «continental breakfast» was the predictable assortment of cold cereals, do-​it-​yourself Belgian waffels, hardboiled eggs, etc. There was no fresh fruit in sight. Overall, though, it was a positive experience. I would stay there again.
