I have had Gloria and Amelia clean my home three times so far. I have been home on disability but also taking conference calls. They are courteous, quiet and time the vacuuming around my phone calls. This last effort is hard for them because they are on the clock for the next customer. They make the effort and they succeed each time. I am impressed. They already know how I like things cleaned and set. They are very attentive and thoughtful. The front office is attentive and responsive. I recommend using this service. I plan on using this service for many years.

Update to my review: Darren, who took our order last week, finally called to tell us that we were mistakenly left off the schedule today. Fantastic. He offered to send a crew over«later today» but we began cleaning our house ourselves as our guests will be arriving later today. So my review still stands — lousy customer service. My wife scheduled our house to be cleaned at 9am on Christmas Eve morning in anticipation of out-of-town guests arriving. It is now 10am and no cleaning crew or phone call from EcoGreen. Several voice mail and email messages later and still no word from this company. So I left a voice mail to cancel the service and will clean my house myself despite my wife and I having to work today. I would suggest not using them if they are unable to keep their appointments or, at the very least, call to say they are running late. I have used other cleaning services before and I’ve never had someone not show up when they said they would or call me to reschedule. In my opinion, a service company should be solely focused on the«service» part. As I found out working in sales for 14 years, one disgruntled customer means at least 100 less potential customers. I hope that is the result of this review — don’t use them!
