This review is for the phở only. Phở Tuesdays are not to be missed! Best kept secret in the Sterling /​Ashburn area! Served at the grill station, you get beef and chicken options. So tasty and delicious!!! Not sure if you need to be a Raytheon employee /​contractor to enter the cafeteria but if you have a contact at this site, it is worth getting your hands on :)

Eurest café offers breakfast and lunch during weekdays. It’s got a rotating sauté station, grill, deli, soups and salad bar. It’s got a full time chef. The menu items are diminishing over time. The food offered is good quality at a fair price.
