I think there’s a reason this place always looks empty… I’m a regular frozen yogurt consumer and was not impressed. There were only 6 or so flavor options and the consistency wasn’t as creamy as I prefer. Toppings were average. And maybe I’m just cheap, but I’m pretty sure I got less yogurt than I normally do at Sweet Frog or Zinga, but the total was more than I was expecting. Not sure of the price per ounce comparison.

My family loves Frankiberri! We’ve never had a bad experience – even after the management change. We’re so happy it re-​opened so we can resume our visits. Not only is the froyo tasty, but all the people in charge seem to be genuinely pleasant people creating a welcoming atmosphere. So I don’t feel the least bit guilty taking my kids in for a quick treat before dinner. It’s all in good fun and we’re always happy to stop in. My kids always leave with smiles on their faces so we’ll keep going back.

Couldn’t have been a worse experience! Sorry Frankiberry but I didn’t want strep throat medicine flavored yogurt! Actually I wanted caramel pretzel flavored yogurt. Not only was the yogurt awful, but we had to turn on the machines too! And this was at 4:20 PM, Not opening time! Overall, everything needs works even the toppings. How could you mess up gummy bears?!? Please don’t waste your money on the place, especially for 12 dollars on a yogurt!

Hate to write this, because we often go here, but I suppose 1 star is the only option when at 12:50 PM the lights are still off and the door is locked (12:00 PM open hours). Poor form Frankiberri, but thankfully Ashburn has several establishments to get your weekend FroYo fix!

Went at 5pm and half the machines were never turned on. Every flavor we wanted was liquid. Tried to use our Perka app but told that too was unavailable. The girl behind the register was non-​responsive to everything wrong. What a shame since we used to go there everyday.

This is nice and quiet. My children love this place because it is clean. They have iPads your kids could play on. They have a whole selection where you can put candy on your frozen yogurt. This place looks really cute in the interior. It looks a little small on the exterior but it is a little big inside.

Love their frozen yogurt! It’s probably the best fro-​yo in Ashburn. Very clean and nice location and very friendly staff. Definitely a must go to place for fro-​yo!

The staff is super friendly, great variety of yogurt, and a large topping selection. The place was very clean, and you can’t go wrong with free WiFi. Definitely recommend the Salted Caramel Pretzel.

There are a ton of frozen yogurt places in Ashburn, but this one is the best. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the frozen yogurt is amazing. Seriously. their chocolate is the best I have ever had!
They also offer free wifi, which is something you can’t get at Zinga or Sweet Frog. It’s quiet inside as well. It would be a great place to study. :)

We love Frankiberri, so do our kids! Yogurt is yummy, lots of flavors to choose from in a very cool shop!
