If you really care about your hair please avoid. I tried twice. My bad luck both times they messed up. This time the person name is Janet and I wonder does she know how to cut the hair. After coming home I saw all my hairs are uneven. I am afraid to go back and correct it. The one star I can give for the location and not for the service.

Walked in for a haircut and was told the wait would be 15 minutes. The other stylist then piped up saying that she hasn’t even had breakfast yet so the wait would be longer than that. She hadn’t eaten since 945 she said. I think if you’ve eaten at 945 that counts as breakfast. Anyway, she seemed very agitated. I told them I’d have to come back, but I won’t be returning.

Hi I went there today for the hair cut and they have a signed for $ 9.99 hair cut. But the person asked me to pay more; he said the $ 9.99 is only in the morning hours. But the sign does not mention it. I was there in the afternoon. I do not have any problem paying but why they have a sign for $ 9.99 The owner should take a notice of it.

Worst.Haircut.EVER. I took my teenage daughter in on a Saturday morning just to have her split ends trimmed. We waited for 45 minutes in sub-zero temperatures(seriously. NO heat) with only one hair stylist there on a Saturday morning(!) The manager showed up and took my daughter back to her station. To be fair, I didn’t expect a salon-style shampoo, cut, style, and blowout. I knew what I was paying for, just a cheap trim for split ends. The manager made sure to tell me how dry my daughter’s hair was and continue to pressure me to buy a conditioning product. My daughter’s hair was damp when we left. By the time we got home it had dried completely. The minute she looked in the mirror she started to cry hysterically. To our horror, her hair was two inches shorter on one side than the other with a big chunk out of the back! I can not believe someone who calls themselves a barber, stylist, hair cutter, of any kind could have butchered a person’s hair this badly. I could have done better with a pair of kitchen scissors. On top of this we had exactly 20 minutes to be dressed and in the car for a family event. I’ve never done this in my adult life, but I had my husband drive me back over there. I proceeded to tell the manager what a mess she made(while my daughter stood there and cried, mostly from embarrassment. Not my proudest parent moment). She offered to fix it(Are you KIDDING me?!) and tried to offer me coupons(seriously?! Like I’m coming back?) All’s well that ends well. I took her to my regular hairstylist, Jhovanna, later in the afternoon and she graciously cleaned up the mess and didn’t even charge me. Unless you’re a guy looking for a buzz cut. Please. I’m begging you, don’t go here.
