The worst sales customer service !!! They will lie lie lie right to your face as sure as the sky is blue … Don’t trust their online vehicles especially if your driving out of state to see the vehicle they will get you there … And it’s the old bate and switch .don’t walk away… RUN !!! I did ! Thank God ! !! Star Auto’s mother Store is Waynesville Chrysler dodge jeep about 20 minutes away… I went there to speak with the owners and guess what… they were liars liars liars too !!! It’s to bad because I had a check in my hand with full intention to buy a car and they failed miserably to sell me one !!! Be careful here folks, don’t fall pray !!! Especially if your traveling any lengthy distance (like I did from GA). They are bad bad business people on many levels at both locations !!!
