Healthy out to eat! Who knew? Creative yummy options. You leave feeling refreshed. Very accommodating to any requests. Teriyaki bowl was my favorite but there are lots of things I didn’t try. Many dishes are served cold just as a heads up. I’m hoping to try the vegan mac n cheese next time!

Excited to try this place as a new vegan option in Asheville, and it was great to see it fairly busy on a Friday afternoon. Ordered a few different things but the vegan cheeze/​dips plate with homemade bread and crackers was the clear winner. Service a bit slow, and still working out the kinks of course, but glad we tried this on our trip to town. Hope Nectar does well!

Came here at a weird in-​between lunch & dinner time. The space is amazing. Right in N. Asheville with a yoga studio above and a full parking lot for free (rare in downtown). The inside is beautifully decorated. Service was prompt and my food came out quickly (but again I did come in at 3:30pm).
The vegan chili and bread & spread was delicious!!! Chili was perfect hot temperature. The bread & spread was amazing. I never realized how well cashew «cheese» and fig jam went together until now. The vegan flatbread with onions was unlike any other raw bread-​crackers I’ve ever tried.
I will definitely be back to try the juices/​smoothies.

We were here for a soft opening and tried some of their juices. With a sweet location off of merrimon and yoga studio above the restaurant, this spot is sure to be a hit. It has the feel of the pub but without the guilt of inebriation or greasy overindulgence. You are sure to leave feeling great. I’ll be sure to come back and try their food!

My girlfriend and I had a great lunch at Nectar over the weekend. The food was interesting and delicious. They have a nice combination of raw/​cooked options. I had some sort of asian bowl that I highly recommend. And she had the comfort food combination (name escaping me) with mac n cheese, vegan chili, and collard greens. We were both full and very happy when we left.
They also have a pretty cool atmosphere. I like the stone bar, and the stained glass window art.
My only complaint was that the woman working at the register didn’t really have it together. She said she was new, which gives her somewhat of a pass, but the way she handled some things just didn’t seem like she had much professional experience. My soup also came late (after the meal rather than before) and we were comped for that (even got extra money back) plus free cookies. They really aim to please here. The food is right on. I hope they work out the kinks with the service so that they’re as successful as I feel the food deserves to be. Definitely give them a chance!

Great lunch today. I had the raw pizza and added broccoli and my husband had the vegan chili. Very delicious! We heard their vegan cheesecake was awesome and we heard right. We had the chocolate mint cheesecake and. oh…it was so delightful! So very fresh! I can’t wait to go back!
