Class with Cindy Dollar was perfectly paced and instructional. As a certified Iyengar teacher, Cindy’s class was intelligent and well taught with a lovely sequence that I will repeat again at home.
I will visit One center Yoga anytime I am in Asheville. Cindy is warm, friendly and funny. She is a gem.
The studio apace is very well stocked and there are enough props for any class needs. The rope wall is really beautiful. There are two big studios. Other kinds of yoga offered here as well.

Yoga with a lineage! The only studio in Asheville that teaches only non fluff yoga! All the other ones have these weird yoga forms. I usually go to ryan Conrad he has two classes a week my boyfriend was at a class with Cindy dollar (the owner) and liked her a lot! The studio is bright and sunny and recently extended.
They do teacher training programs but I have the feeling it’s not their main focus as in other studios around here that are «yoga teacher mills» .
The classes are very typical iyengar asanas are held long and instructions for alignment are very precise and props are used.
Everybody is really friendly and knowledgable.
Ryan is even a PT so he can answer all the questions …
