I found these folks thru a web search and they responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I’ve been using their service bi-​weekly now since last fall and I couldn’t be happier. They are efficient, professional, friendly and they make all of the non-​toxic cleaning solutions they use. Plus, they love my dogs which is always a plus! I’ve used several cleaning services over the years and eventually grew frustrated with an ever-​changing cleaning crew, less thorough cleanings, etc. — not with Purple Carrot! They deliver every time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Contacted Purple Carrot via email with specific details of what I needed done. They responded by directing me to their website to put the same information into a form. I took the time to do that for them and then they never bothered to contact me back. I’m crazy busy and it was an unfortunate waste of time. Was advised that their email form may have been delivered to them as spam. Perhaps someone else will have better luck.

From the moment Llaina responded to my online request, (and quickly), I knew we’d be in good hands with this thoughtful cleaning group. She explains everything well, and was accommodating to a few requests I had. I was able to schedule home cleaning within 2 days and they showed up on time. After a tour of the house and more conversation, I left Llaina and Jamison to do their work. When I returned, the house smelled divine, clean, sparkly and in really good order. They also made friends with our usually timid and shy cat!
