This stationary shop is super cute and offers a huge selection and variety of both ink, paper, pen, and printing products. In a vast samplings of colors fonts, and trims; truly a great place for the writter in your family for supplies and gifts I hada field day looking at all of their calligraphy pens as well as the venetial glass products.

As Michigan transplants who have found an interesting niche in Asheville we Michiganders have to support them each trip!
Plenty of unique cards and stickers and buttons to keep you laughing for hours.
For a completely «leftist» town this shop is entirely lacking political pretention. This, if for no other, is reason enough to visit Write On.

This is a good place to buy one-off cards but not that much of a good place for an avid letter writer. It was kind of expensive for the quality of the card and paper sets.

Not only is the guy working here a fantastic character and fun to talk to, but this is the one stop shop for stationary downtown.
They’ve got your run of the mill «get the job done» cards («happy birthday!» for a birthday); but they also carry a lot of work from local designers. Off-beat, irreverent, mildly offensive… just the way i like it.
They also carry unique sculptures and small gifts (notebooks, etc.)
Definitely worth stopping by.
