Zaxby’s

We were up in asheville visiting and decided to stop by the familiar zaxbys brand restaurant. We ordered the buffalo blue zalads and specifically asked for no blue cheese on any of them. Once our food came out they were loaded with blue cheese. When I went to ask them for options for this solution they proceeded to only offer to charge me an additional charge for more dressing in my effort to cover the crumbled blue cheese all over my salad. This isnt even mentioning the fact this was the nastiest zaxbys i have ever stepped foot in. Needless to say their terrible service has effectively lost me as a customer to this location.

Hell yeah I’ll write a review for a fast food joint — I’m not above it! Being that I’m an Asheville tourist makes it that much sweeter.
My boyfriend brought me here for a quick grab n’ go lunch today during our lunch break. Service was super quick and very friendly. The girl at the register detailed everything on my sandwich in case there were any allergies or preferences. She also made friendly small talk after we had ordered. Why is everyone in the south so nice?!
Our food came out within minutes of ordering and oh… sweet baby Jesus… was it awesome. I’m a big fitness enthusiast and let me tell you, I don’t care how many burpees it takes to makeup for the damage done at lunch today. The chicken was hot and crispy with a little kick and the sauces on my sandwich didn’t overpower the flavor of the chicken, or make the bread soggy. THE BREAD! The overly-​buttered Texas Toast bread! So indulgent with every bite. F*** fine dining. This s**t is what’s up. And lastly, but certainly not least — the fries. All I ever ask for in a fry is that it’s hot and crispy and believe it or not — many places struggle with this. Not my homies at Zaxby’s. My friends in the back sure do know how to work a fryer and for that — I thank them.

I always use the drive-​thru, I’m new to Zaxby’s and Asheville, but omg I love!
I’ve had their chicken finger plates before and my boyfriend swears it’s the best chicken ever. I’m indifferent about it. The grilled chicken cobb salad however? DONE, SOLD, LOVE.
It is so delicious. Cucumbers, tomatoes, some cheese, a hard-​boiled egg, some bacon, some crunchy things, grilled chicken… It’s macro-​friendly and filling and YUMMY! And I love bread so their Texas toast is so delicious to me.

Great wings I tried bbq and sweet and spicy tasted good very fast service through drive-​through doesn’t even taste like fast food you can compare the wings to Buffalo Wild Wings

I live a few miles from this Zaxby’s and every now and then I’ll get that unshakable craving. More often than not, I’ll end up leaving before I even get to place my order.
None of the staff seems to care. Always plenty of folks standing around with seemingly no one interested in acknowledging my presence or taking an order. I would like to say it is an anomaly, but sadly it has been that way for the several years I’ve lived out here.
The second star is solely attributable to Zax Sauce, when I actually get it.
