Lost that good feeling after receiving a bouquet of flowers that were in no way up to the standard I had grown to love and expect from Eufloria. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and even sent her a picture of the bouquet I didn’t receive a response for 13 days… and only because i continued to try to request her attention to the matter.
I finally praised her many bouquets that I had received and requested a refund… She refused to give a refund and offered no consolation of any kind, then told me good luck with a new florist!!! I am shocked by the lack of customer care!

Eufloria is consistently amazing. I’ve been using them for almost two decades to send flowers to my mother who lives in Ashland and she is always extremely impressed with the arrangements. Maybe they just take care of us since they know me by now but the arrangements always look much bigger than what I paid for, i.e. a $ 40 arrangement looks like I paid $ 60. Eufloria is a GREAT family run shop and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend.

Great shop and service. The owner is very friendly, outgoing and accommodating.
A great collection of statues and other hard goods for sale as well.
Her Corgi loves to play. If you are lucky, puppies may even be in a box in the corner.
Now to just get the beer keg placed in the cooler…
