I have used Santos Moving for two moves. I cannot say enough positive things about the movers and how the company operates.
Jessica provides very good and organized communication. She is incredibly organized. This helped alleviate my concerns. I knew what to expect. My two movers were also thorough. They are friendly but do not spend too much time on small talk. It is clear they are experts at what they do. It was clear that they took as good care of my stuff as if it was theirs.
I would definitely hire them again!

We were beyond happy with our movers and with the staff at Santos Moving. They went above and beyond to help us with out move-which was on september 1^st move in date, an extremely stressful day to move in boston. We highly recommend santos moving.

These guys are sloooow. It would have been hilarious to watch them carrying one light box at a time, at a slow pace – except that I was paying them by the hour, so I really didn’t find it very funny at all. When I finally asked them to pick up the pace a bit, or at least not take so many breaks (every ½ hour or so), they were shocked! shocked!
I would never hire them again. The only upside is that they were so slow that they didn’t have the opportunity to break anything.
