This cute little store is taking the upcycled furniture trend and running with it — and their prices show it. Great place for getting some creative ideas, and I’m sure with more visits, I’ll find something I just have to have. I’m definitely interested in taking one of their ASCP classes as well. Prices are more geared toward tourists with deep pockets, but I’ll be honest — if I find just the right thing in there, I’m sure I will snag it for myself!

Today my sister and I checked out the Thrill of the Hunt to buy Annie Sloan Chalk Paint for a project. Not only does the Thrill of the Hunt carry the fab chalk paint, they have lots of painted furniture and home accessories. They also carry pieces that are ready for YOU to paint. The owner was super knowledgeable/friendly/funny and gave us the scoop on the paints/colors/process. I loved that he gave info and answered all of our questions without pressuring us to buy anything. They also offer classes on learning to paint with chalk paint. Def check out the Thrill of the Hunt. Cheers.

Awesome collection of furniture and home décor. Great vintage toys, tins, and chairs. Plus, the proprietor is friendly(and funny) but not on top of his customers. A great combo. It looks like they might refurbish some things in there, too, but I’m not positive.
