Took my truck in to have recalled air bag replaced. Repair was supposed to completed same day but found other unrelated issue with airbag system that required ordering parts. With the delay repairs were to be completed on a Monday. Finally got truck back late on Wednesday, these folks are polite but have NO SENSE OF URGENCY, and apparently lack the ability to return phone calls. The bottom line is that a one day repair took six days and there was no attempt to keep me informed.

We went there yesterday on a whim after lunch with my wife to look at a used Jeep Liberty. The staff and sales crew were extremely friendly. The deal was so easy and so care free that we ended up leaving with a new car when our original plan was to just go look! We got exactly what we were looking for and got it exactly at the price we were aiming for. We will return again for the next upgrade, thank you!

I always receive great service for my Jeep here. The staff are very friendly and willing to go that extra mile. They’re not out to charge you for additional service that you don’t need. That’s what any car owner wants. I’m able to call ahead and schedule an appointment for service as well. Give them a try for your Jeep sales and service needs.

My rear windshield was busted and needed to be repaired. Rain was in the forecast and I needed my window fixed immediately! I called said dealership and ask if they could do the work. I was told they needed to call here and there and see about a part and if someone could do it today. They took my name and number down and told me they would call me back asap. Its been 12 hours later I got my windshield fixed by someone else made a rode trip to Virginia Beach, ate breakfast, lunch and dinner and have yet to hear back from them. Disgusting.
