For Ashtabula, this place is pretty good. The wine list and food presentation were respectable, but the food left a bit to be desired. Half of our party of four was satisfied when we left. One steak(ordered medium well) came out looking medium rare and had to be sent back. The cannelloni had the flavor of three meats, but not much else. On the other hand, the melted brie on the Christmas chicken looked amazing, and my scallops were plump and delicious. If you’re looking for some harbor atmosphere, check it out. If you want a truly upscale experience, take some time to drive to a more urban environment.
