My computer hard drive was reinstalled incorrectly by AppleCare and I was no longer able to use Safari. I spent an hour on the phone with AppleCare. The end result was they could not help me and advised I contact Digital Systems and go in to have them reinstall Safari. Derek at Digital promptly returned my call and told me to save a trip and simply download it online via another search engine. He stayed on the phone and walked me through the process to be sure I got it done correctly and successfully.
He saved me a trip to Aspen from Snowmass and the inconvenience and a service fee. He was very knowledgeable and patient while working with me.
This fantastic customer service has created a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend this business for your Apple needs.
