C K Seidman Appliance

Wonderful service here. While the showroom isn’t flashy, I’d recommend Seidmans to anyone looking for appliances. They saved us money and were very helpful in making recommendations. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me. We had a great experience here.

The purchase experience was pleasant enough, but I’ve been frustrated since then. When my refrigerator was delivered the kickplate was broken. The delivery person said I should receive a new one within 2 – 3 weeks. After about 2 months, I called about it. Got the answering machine (during business hours), left a message. No one returned my call. A few weeks later I called again and reached someone who took down my information and said he’d call me back. Never heard from him. In the meantime, the refrigerator door handle broke (cheap plastic crap these days!!). I called again and they scheduled a repair visit a week and a half out. I said they needed to come after 3 p.m. when my son would be home from school to let them in. They got there 10 minutes early, he wasn’t home, so they left. Now they tell me they’ll call sometime next week to reschedule. I won’t hold my breath. I also won’t do business with Seidman again.

I had a perfect experience from start to finish. Even the delivery was a perfect 10. The price was really a discount fee. I will certainly return if I need another major appliance.

C.K. SEIDMAN??? Believe me people… If you need appliances go to the gurus themselves. C.K. SEIDMAN is a No Brainer.

Called to find a specific fridge that was out of stock. They stayed open late until I could get there. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, the price was cheaper than anywhere else. Also set up prompt delivery. Would highly recommend.

I was mid-​nervous breakdown after racing all over the world to find appliances for my new house. I HATE buying appliances. People at most spots are high-​pressure and ill informed. A complete disaster.
My Google iPhone app sent me to C K Seidmans and we left after an hour (most of that time was chatting time — Julie was fantastic!!!) with everything we needed for our new kitchen — fridge, dishwasher, microwave, range. All within our budget, all within our delivery time, all what we were looking for. Amazing. I will recommend this spot to everyone I know!
