Advanced Carpet Care

Our family has used Advanced Carpet Care in two different homes that we have lived in, and will never use anyone else. One of those homes had very white carpet in the highest traffic areas in the house. Having 5 children and two dogs, I was sure that our rental deposit would never come back, due to the carpets. We had coffee spills, a child with dry erase markers, and PLENTY of traffic. Advanced came in and cleaned for us, and the carpets looked BRAND NEW. We received ALL of our deposit back, and the landlord was so impressed with how well we had kept the carpets.
Upon moving in to the home that we purchased, which had previously had a dog, I called Advanced to make sure that there were no urine spots which would cause an issue. They thoroughly cleaned and scotch guarded our carpets, and we have never had an issue with our two dogs. It was like moving into a newly built home. Fast forward two years, and we found ourselves calling Advanced Carpet Care in the middle of the night to deal with a flu incident of the worst kind. There was poo — everywhere. I had NO idea how I would be able to clean this up, especially while handling my young, sick son. Doug came in, at 10:30pm, and without batting an eye, went to work so we could all get back to bed. In the time it took me to clean up my son, he cleaned up the carpets in an entire bedroom and hallway carpet — and you could no longer smell or see ANYTHING. The best part was that everything was totally sterilized because he steamed all of it, and Advanced never uses harsh chemicals (which always leave me with a headache). I could not give them a higher recommendation — seriously, call them!
We have had Doug clean and scotch guard our carpets, and clean and scotch guard a white linen covered chair, and every time they come perfectly clean, even with five kids, two dogs and a trucker husband. The only reason I have a white chair in my home is because I know that Advanced Carpet Care can always get it clean if I need them too.
