They won’t honor my 20% off wash & fold, wtfffff.
I’m confused as to how you create an offer on Unilocal then tell customers no they can’t redeem it… ok.
The workers don’t speak much English but they’re sweet.
Obviously the manager or owner is a dick. Seriously, not honoring a coupon that you check-​in on Unilocal to receive is a bit unprofessional. How do you expect to build loyalty?!
The laundromat is clean, fair prices. Wash & fold service was good. They hung my shirts that wrinkle which was very sweet.

We live right next to this place and this is our go to laundromat. The staff is very friendly and hardworking since the new management. However, We have been having trouble with their dry cleaning service. We had two pants to dry clean and went to pick them up as receipt dated, they don’t have it. We finally retrieved it back three days later. However, no explanation was given. The worst part was the the pants were still in the same condition when we brought it in. When my boyfriend asked about why was the marks still there? No explanation was given again. We feel like they don’t really do professional dry clean. This is the third time; we will never do the «dry clean» there again. It’s a waste of money, seriously.

Clean place with very friendly staff. It is just slightly more expensive than other places, but it is totally worth it to go there knowing your stuff isn’t going to get wrecked. And the dryers are super strong. Love this place way better than Azul.

I started dropping off my laundry here a month ago and have always been highly satisfied with their service. Even on busy Sundays I get my laundry back the same day perfectly washed, folded, and organized. The prices are very fair as well. Highly recommend this place!

THIS IS AN UPDATE of 8/​2013, the old date reflects my prior scathingly negative review.
I awhile ago I gave this a terrible review however new owners have taken over and now they offer: 1) hot water, 2) free soap, 3) longer hours.
The staff are much friendlier as their former boss simply didn’t care about the place. The new owner are looking to revive it.
So I am giving it 3 stars as I have gone back and enjoyed the longer hours. I hope to add more stars soon.
