the Doc and the technicians were nice the first there. the front desk people AKA«the dumbest and least paid», act like they’re giving you the service for free so they have to give you attitude. Little do they know that, whether I’m paying with my private insurance, cash, or medicaid, it’s not your clinic. So I’m a customer. You need to make me come back. If you’re not happy with $ 7.25 hourly rate, go get a GED. And I’m specifically talking about this ignorant a-hole called Adriana who yelled at me on the phone when I was 10 minutes late and a couple of blocks away. not going there again. put good people in the front. that’s what makes patients come back or not.

1) I’ve never had a dentist that had to numb my teeth for a cleaning, perhaps this is a newer normal practice but it was intense. 2) For a root canal, cleaning and whitening, I had 12, YESTWELVE different appointments to get it all completed. They might be able to only give me a few minutes of their time while they see other patients(while I listen which is also not really HIPAA appropriate)… but I did not appreciate being numbed and tortured 12 different times. and yes, I’m still paying it off over two years later. Nice dentists, nice staff, but 12 office visits is excessive to me. If its okay for you, GOFORIT, they are very nice.
