Microscopic arrangement sent after the funeral was over. Horrible attitude when this was reported. Tragic. Arrangement including vase is smaller than my thermos… Disgusting service.

WORSTFLORISTEVER! Be very careful as they are a flower broker and when my arrangement was delivered last night at 9PM!!! There was no water in the vase and the flowers were wilted and or dead. I mean just terrible. Hold FTD or Telefloral or whomever you use as a broker/outsourcer accountable. Places like this are a disgrace. Shameful they get away with this kind of business practice.

My husband ordered an arrangement through 1800 Flowers and they used Dennis and Bella as the fulfillment house. The flowers were just«ok» upon delivery(when the delivery man would actually wait more than 5 minutes for me to walk downstairs in my office building to get them — it took almost a whole day before we could connect). I just knew the purple roses within the bouquet would never open based on the look of them — they were small, dry and looked like all of the outer leaves were already trimmed off. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but low and behold I came into work the next day and they were all dead. I realize flowers dont last forever, but they should last more than 24 hours after delivery! I immediately called Dennis and Bella based on the card I received(I didnt realize my husband had used 1800 flowers at this point) and was met with a RUDE woman who couldnt be bothered to help me. She claimed all of their flowers were freshly delivered on Monday’s and was insistant that I did something wrong to make them die(didnt trim the bottoms, no fresh water, office climate too hot). She wasnt apologetic at all! She then rushed me off of the phone saying she would find someone to call me back — WHICHSHENEVERDID. I had to travel on business for the next week, so a week later I called again and was met with the same nasty woman. Again, she rushed me off and never had anyone call me after promising she would do so. Eventually we were able to get a full refund from 1800 Flowers, but I wasted so much time trying to rectify what was supposed to be a wonderful gift. I laugh every time I read the company’s mission statement about«quality» and«great service». #FALSE

Awful flower delivery. When I wasn’t home all week(because I was at work during their delivery hours) they acted like I was inconveniencing them. When they delivered my flowers five days later, they were semi dead/wilted.
