Eyebrow Perfection & Nails

I don’t go to anyone else for my eyebrows, finally Jamuna corrected after years going to places that doesn’t have no idea about eyebrow shaping according your face structure. I went to her new location and I tried their new Argentinean wax, And I must confess that I never experienced a low temperature bikini wax without pain. You won’t disappointed it all.

They’ve moved. Now at Euphora spa at Steinway and northern Blvd. I think you can still contact Jamuna at the same number. I’d call for hours. Unilocal reviews for that spa say their hours are wrong.

I accompanied my friend to get our eyes done. I love threading and have been visiting the same place for well over a year. After listening to my friend go on and on about this gem of a place she found on Ditmars, I decided to check it out.
I have a wedding coming up and decided to try out fuller eyelashes.
Jamuna instantly made me feel comfortable, her easy flow of conversation and the confidence she had when telling me she could fix my lopsided eyebrows made me really look at my brows and see she was right, they were crooked. I had so much faith and trust at my regular place that I had not realized my eyebrows were more like distant second cousins rather than sisters on my face.
It took only 40 minutes to transform my entire face. The lashes made me look more awake and aware and the new shape of my eyebrows made me feel beautiful.

Jamuna is my lady to go for everything. When she is on vacation I worry about whose going to doing my threading. She is very loyal to her job and professional as well. Late I had gone I didn’t make an appointment it was an emergency but the lady who was there did a good job as well. Jamuna has trained her staff well

There’s no place else I will go for my brows! Been to many places in Manhattan and Queens and this is THE BEST!

I never thought I’d have a go-​to person for my eyebrows. After all, there are so many threading salons scattered throughout Queens offering the same cheap services. But Jamuna is different. She is a hidden gem. And I’m not saying this because she is one of the sweetest and kindest people you will ever meet. She just knows what she’s doing. And you know this because she’ll graciously fix the botched threading you got the month before when you shamefully went to someone else because well, it just seemed a whole lot more convenient at the time. I’ll never make that mistake again. She knows how to naturally and neatly shape your eyebrows without thinning them out. Every. Single. Time. Let’s put it this way — when I move to Long Island, I still plan to make every effort to make the monthly trek into Astoria to see my Jamuna. She is well worth traveling for.
You can find her at Shade Bar — towards the back of the salon. She takes walk-​ins but I’m sure appointments are recommended to avoid the potential wait.
