One of the best spots for hookah on Steinway. The hookah tastes good and the food is even better (and it’s halal). Great lounge to bring a large group of people and happy hour is from 2 – 6 so 15% your hookah and food. Excellent service with no complains.

Bathrooms are fancy looking as well & a wonderful atmosphere to be in, very alive. Music is pretty loud but that’s pretty much it ^-^

We went today at 2pm almost starving. Not only we had a wonderful meal but also Simran took care of us in an excellent way. 5 stars for you guys. Hookah was awesome too. ignited rocks!

Working in retail/​customer service… what matters to me when I go to places is a good customer service, and this place is ¹⁰⁄₁₀ ! The hookahs are beyond amazing (must try Jolly Rangers). Zeshaan noticed from far (mind you I didn’t even complain or call him) that the smoke wasn’t too thick, he approached me and my friend and took a look at the hookah (this is after 1.5 hour after smoking already), and without hesitation refilled with a new head without even charging. If that’s not customer service I don’t know what is. Extremely friendly staff, and did I mention how awesome the hookah is!!! Very pretty, city vibe lounge. Loved the masala chai, it hits the spot! Zeshaan thank you so much for the wonderful experience, so far my favorite hookah spot in Steinway! Can’t wait to come back for girls night out!

So this is my second review for this spot! Zeshan once again coming through for his customers! The service is beyond amazing, just as I mentioned on my previous review I can’t wait to come back for girls night, I’m so glad my girlfriends loved everything about this joint. From food (must try Hawaiian burger), cheese fries (hits the spot), and OMG Mango Mirchi hookah is the BOMB!!! Unlimited coal change, to the staff constantly going out of their ways for us. Special shoutout to Hamdi for taking care of us at the VIP lounge!!! DJ Hamza (amazinggggg) for bringing back old school music, we really had a great time after so long. Thank you Ignited and the entire staff for making girls night a memorable one!

Came back again last night. Was not disappointed. They had a dhol player! Who says you need liquor to have an amazing night? Lol we a had a ton of fun and can’t wait to go back. Another dj was spinning last night but he was still pretty good too. More techno/​house music. I think we found our new «go to» place!
Came here based on Unilocal reviews and we weren’t disappointed. For a Saturday night the music is awesome!!! They played everything. Desi, reggaeton, Punjabi, reggae. The hookah is really good. We had the green ice. Chai is delicious. Jalapeño poppers were yummy too.
This place quickly became our new favorite spot.. Come here you won’t be disappointed. The place is really nice too.

Great place to just sit back, relax and have a great time with friends and family! The food is always on point. Personal favs are the Swiss mushroom burger, buffalo wings, bbq wings, cheese fries and chai! Yes, the chai is the best. Hookah is always yummy and long lasting. Personal fav is supari pan masala, great ape, and gummy bear. The service is always great since the staff is always aware of what you need and are super friendly!

The best place, good food, good hookah, is chilling and most importantly not alcohol.

Really tasty halal food (we had the buffalo wings, American burger, and boneless chicken), great service, & amazinggg hookah (not on the menu but the waiter recommended the flavor: pan chaat). I definitely recommend this place & will be going back.

I had one of my friends recommend me this spot (shoutout to Wazi). Out of all spots I’ve been, this is probably one of the best spots I’ve been to. Great variety of flavors, staff is respectful and accommodating, and food is pretty good for what it’s worth. Also the games are a huge plus, the «sorry» like board game is addicting.
This bar should allow drinking though, it’d make it that much better

This is one place where I come twice every time I visit my friend in NYC, even if it’s for just 2 days.
Their Paan Shisha flavors are awesome (after Karachi, this place is the best for them), the chai is too refreshing and also the Hawaiin Burgers

I have no PHD in Hookah but am pretty darn close to knowing what sucks, what is good, and what is out of this world… Having been to countless Hookah places worldwide, truly this place just took it to another level. A good friend who knows apparently the best spots for randomness, swore by this place and how the owners mix their own concoctions of flavors that not only stand out but simply are so unique and amazing, its a sin not to visit this place.
From the typical standard flavors found anywhere, this place truly takes it up a notch with flavors like jolly ranchers, gummy bears, fruity pebbles, masala cooled to mango mirchi and beyond. For the South Asian world, over 5 varieties of House PAN blends… I truly had to pinch myself to make sure I was awake…
With a group of 4, we chose the mango mirchi and Masala Chai (a house secret, perhaps???)… i could sit here and describe the awesomeness that one experiences here, but realistically it doesn’t do justice. After being there for over an hour, there was no strong or harsh aftertaste…
This place besides having the best Hookah anywhere, has an amazing menu of foods that will make you hungry even after a full course dinner meal. As soon as I saw the menu, one food item literally grabbed me and yearned for me to order it. THE SPICY HAWAIIAN Burger… A fresh ground beef patty with bacon, pineapple, jalapeños and other goodies, damn… I eat and constantly look for the best burgers everywhere and this was one amazing burger that lived up to the hype. For the people that only eat halal, this burger is it!!! The roof afza (a local south asian must-​have drink) milkshake was above average. I do wish the burger came with fries, otherwise for the money, the size was fine…
Amazing customer service, friendly, prompt and attentive. I think i truly fell in love with this place!!!

Came to the hookah bar when I was with a group of friends as they wanted to find a solid hookah spot in the area. The waiters had great service and even let me vape inside as I haven’t done hookah since college.
They played top40 for music and most of the crowd seemed like younger regulars. And my only regret is not trying out the food.
TIP: No alcoholic beverages and after trying out their hookah it seemed subpar to what I used to have.

Update: Ok soooo just got back from Ignited and my rating stands as 5 stars. Had the Hawaiian burger, cheeseburger and boneless wings along with a jolly ranchers hookah. Food was on point as well the smoke blower (hookah).
Last time I went I had some cons which didn’t seem to be there today. The server had on a tshirt with the company logo and could easily be identified and the music wasn’t loud. It was definitely a good experience. The hookah was damn good. Blowing good smoke and coals were tended to in a timely fashion. This is definitely going to be the new hot spot on Steinway if they keep up with these standards and stay consistent with the food!
Ps. Forgot to mention they also have TV’s all around the establishment with different games on

First thing I noticed when I walked in, the attention to detail. This restaurant is visually gorgeous. I mean to say it is aesthetically a photographer’s dream, I realized the owner put in some serious time and effort on the design & layout of the venue and it shows. A+. I already knew I can take Bae or friends here.
Next thing I noticed, impeccable service. The person at the front counter immediately made me feel at home and I was seated in no time.
Next thing I noticed, food. was. Excellent. The bbq wings, cheese fries, rice & chicken kabobs, and the chicken fingers made me swoon, the food comes out with immaculate presentation, you feel like youre eating at an upscale restaurant and not in Queens.
I will update when I come back and try the burgers, which I heard are to die for as well, whoever the chef is in the back, is cooking gold. Do yourself a favor and order the bbq wings, chicken fingers, cheese fries, and rice with kabobs, you can thank me later. Or just thank me now. Actually, yea, thank me now.
No one offers the same quality on Steinway right now, this place is a gem for foodies. So if you want great food, want to chill, take your girl out, stop by here, I know I’ll be back.
