Prima Donna

Very polite service, helpful with the selection of shoes and willing to call their other stores if they’re out of stock on something. A nice selection of purses and other women’s accessories.

I found Prima Donna when it was featured in People: Style Watch. I was in the market for a purse for an upcoming friend’s wedding and checked out their website. So many cute items at reasonable prices! I ended up ordering 2 purses and a pair of earrings. I ordered them on Monday and they were delivered by Wednesday with the free shipping over $ 50. Not only were they quick, the package came with a personal hand written card and a welcome gift for my first order. Great customer service, good prices… I will definitely be shopping here again!

I went into Prima Donna 2 times this month the first time I asked the woman a question about a handbag and because I was not purchasing it and I wanted to wait to see what else was coming in she seemed to be annoyed and would no longer assist me this was 2 weeks ago, Today I went back into Prima Donna, Inc., and When I went in to the store in Astoria today… I was interested in a handbag today, Tuesday, Aug 4^th, around 1PM.
however the sales associate was on her cell phone and the other sales associate went into the back and did not come back out and say «Can I Help You» and the guard just stands there like he waiting for a bus… this store has very poor customer service skills I do not know what type of people they hire… it seems like their help does not want to be bothered so I will not shop there nor will I go into this store again… but I think management should know about this… this is why I am posting this on Unilocal! This is why I DO Not shop Queens… I do hope the store owner sees this on Unilocal.

It is really hard not to drop some money here. Prima Donna is, in a summary, a fast fashion — costume jewelry heaven. They are organized and the prices are affordable, one can easily pick a few pieces that will no be a classic piece in your wardrobe beyond the season. ie: That hot neon pink and yellow flower necklace style you see all the fashion bloggers are wearing.

The store is right down stairs from where I get my massage. I never went in because I spend what little money I have on massages. I assumed it was out of my price range but no, they have some great prices! I needed to get some new shoes! I do not enjoy shopping at all so this is quick and easy!

When I was younger I had a shoe addiction. But I realized that I only liked looking at the shoes not wearing them and I gave most of them away. Now due to my illness I need to wear only flats. The problem is when you go to a shoe store web site (pick any shoe designer or brand name) they let you narrow down your search. When I type in flats heels always come up! Low heels but, still heels! I bought some sparkly flats. I thought the pictures they took were nice so I just used those other than the store front picture which I took.

The shoes are made well! I have been to other discount shoe stores and the shoes are plastic! These are soft leather!
There are also hats, gloves and jewelry! They are having a holiday sale now! The employees are friendly, great prices, good location, no complaints!

Been here with my wife. The products aren’t of the highest quality, and the prices show that. In my manly opinion, this is a good place for ladies to get things that will last a season or two at a nice price. The staff is young and hispanic, friendly enough. The store seems to be making money so… what else can I say?

I’m new to New York and have never seen this store before. I loved it! The jewelry is super cute and the price is right! I wanted to buy five or six necklaces but I restrained myself and bought two. I think I’m going to go back and pick up a birthday present for my sister.
