I really enjoyed crossfit, but the people running it. not so much. I wish another gym would open up in Atascadero so I could continue. The coaches are very cliquey & it seems like if you don’t fit into their group then they don’t care about you, won’t even approach you if you are confused & looking around. Even when I approached them, they ignored me. It was a waste of my money.

This crossfit gym is GREAT… The coaches here take time to go through every move in the WOD and will always ensure that you are doing everything correctly before the workout starts. These coaches are super encouraging and they offer priceless feedback. This crossfit offers superb discounts if you qualify. Everyone working out around you motivates you to do your best. I’m really going to miss this BOX… I almost wish I could take this with me!
