As atascadero goes there are few places I can depend on to get in and out in my limited 30 minute lunch break. This taco bell not only delivers every time but they do it with customer service that can’t be beat. Way to go!

I wanna like Taco Bell. But the last two timesI’ve gone, i ended up getting sick. The last visit, I ordered the Cantina Beef burrito. It tasted off, but I was hungry.
Within hours, i was nit feeling well.
The food just always seems off, over fried, freezer burned.
I recommend you Stick with the basic Taco. Seems harmless enough.

When I arrived, there was a line of cars about eight deep. Because I was hungry and not in a rush, I pulled into the drive-​through prepared to brave a wait. Lucky for me, these guys are on it and sped the line through. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. The service was great. The girl at the window was very nice and personable, very friendly.
My only complaint is the driveway to get in. It’s really awkward if you’re turning in while heading north on El Camino.

i eat here a lot. tonite it was bad! order#321 474, 2 crunchy tacos fresco style on receipt. in bag, two tacos with only meat and lettuce no fresco tomatoes!!! Also one taco wirh hair in it!!! GROSS

They always forget something. And when it’s my nacho cheese I’m not happy. At least they make it up to you, but still, wasting gas and getting home with cold food is no fun.

Best regular nachos at a Taco Bell I’ve ever had! Seems silly but the chips are never super salty and the cheese packs a little punch. Plus the customer service is always top notch!

The customer service here is always top notch, but their food quality can be hit or miss. My friends and I have eaten here a few times, and ended up with rumbly tummies. They remodeled the location, however, I wish they would have somehow fixed the poor parking/​drive thru layout. Overall, I keep coming back, because hey, I love me a good crunchwrap supreme, and the customer service is great. I definitely recommend the drive thru if in a time crunch, because they clearly prioritize drive thru customers here.

I am so sad I’m having to do this. I had to drop my star rating because of inconsistency issues over the past few months. I am, for lack of a better word addicted to AM Crunch Wraps. The sausage, egg and cheese on a hashbrown wrapped in a warm tortilla! But I keep getting messed up ones. No egg, minuscule amounts of chopped up sausages, no cheese. Annd it happened again today! No egg at all, and a small amount of chopped up sausage– are these the bits in the bottom of the box? Seriously?
I will be taking my picture back in when I get back to town. This always seems to happen when I’m on my way to somewhere else. Grr.
The ONLY reason this isn’t 2 stars is because the cashier was very friendly.

First, I waited for more than 5 minutes in line with ONE customer already ordering in front of me. I asked Mark, the cashier, for soft tacos without lettuce. I got home with lettuce on my tacos as Mark forgot to put my request in. I know this because my request was not put my receipt. The store either needs to get rid of Mark or have another register person ready to help him. He is beyond slow. A homeless person would easily be quicker and a better employee than he is. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I’ll spend the money to drive to Taco Bell in San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles, California. Maybe, they value customer service.

They’ve recently remodeled the interior of this place and it looks much better. Parking is still very tight in their small lot, but manageable. It is what you’d expect from a Taco Bell in the way of food, no surprises there. You either love it or you hate it, just don’t eat it too often if you want to watch your waistline.

I’ve been here a couple of times and customer service is great! For the most part it’s clean and we definitely stop here when we make our trip from OC to Atescadero!
