For months, Rob lied to us about the status of a data recovery job — everything from «It takes a long time» to «The drive is turning now» and «I only know what they tell me». Finally, we contacted the third party data recovery and found out that the job wasn’t even paid for for over a month, and that only after we began making demands a few days before, did Rob even pay for the job.
In the end, the data recovery took less than a day, and the drive was shipped to us.
Rob is a liar and (keeping our money for over a month without paying the third party) a thief. If you choose to work with this dishonest franchise owner — you do so at your own risk.

They came to my apartment, so I did not have to drive to them. Also, the technician Josh was really sweet, since I’m pretty absent minded. They’re actually doing a promotion right now for $ 20 off for students, so I wouldn’t buy the Unilocal gift card. Just wish they would keep you updated on what time they’ll be coming and such without me (which is the reason for the minus one star). Other than that, my laptop’s screen is beautiful and clear as ever!

I called them at noon to have the power jack replaced on my laptop; Rob, the owner, was over by 3! Extremely helpful and kind, even though I made the mistake of purchasing the wrong replacement part from another company. Once I swap out the parts online I will most definitely be calling again!
I know a lot of people feel a bit wary using an on-​site service and having someone in their home, but I felt very safe and comfortable. Mr. Christopher was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I very highly recommend his service.
