Absolutely top notch! Superior quality inventory and very knowledgeable, friendly staff! They made the process so easy and transparent with nothing quirky hidden like a lot of dealerships out there with shady practices. I bought my very first car from Import Auto Sales back in 2006 when I lived in Knoxville, TN. I am picking up the fourth vehicle I have bought from them tomorrow and couldn’t be happier – they make you not want to buy anywhere else! Excellent car buying experience and would recommend them to friends and family any day! Thanks again!

great caution here! import auto sales of athens, tennessee did not deal in good faith. i had a verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle and spent many hours after the agreement to locate a spare wheel, secure insurance, transfer funds for the purchase, take time off to drive there, and get someone to drive me the 7 hours to pick up the audi a4. i was to take ownership this morning, but hr zarrineh(sales and owners relative) called me at 6:00pm last night to say he would not sell me the car. that i needed to buy a car elsewhere. this is unethical, bad faith dealing, and broke a contract. i called the owner of import auto sales, amin zarrineh, this morning to discuss it with him, and he said they would not sell me the car or do business with me. he said for me to buy elsewhere and that he did not have to sell the audi a4 to me, even at the full advertised price(which i was paying). when i told him we had a verbal contract, he said that was too bad, he was not going to sell a car to me. i was buying this car for my son who is overseas. i contacted my son thursday to tell him, everything was a go and that hr had committed to selling us the car and for me to pick it up. less than two hours later, hr called and said he would not sell it to us. bad faith, unethical, discriminatory practices. filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau(bbb). august 3, 2012
