We ordered approximate $ 32 worth of food from Papa John’s at the Atlanta Highway location to be delivered at 11:30 pm and our delivery was almost an 1 hour late! We had a graduation party and our food was COLD! We have been doing business at this establishment for years and are VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SETVICE!

Even though the food is still pizza. But their service is the best among papa johns. Love it

Worst customer service of any pizza place I’ve been too (in particular I dealt with Dan) who refused to accept an unexpired coupon that I had. I then also had to wait 15 minutes longer for my pizza than they had reported. Will never do business with this Papa Johns again.

It goes without saying that you shouldn’t expect top-​notch wings from a franchise pizza place. But c’mon, this is just shameful. I used to work at PPJ, and the self promoting John Schnater corporate culture was about as freaky as you can imagine if you know anything about «Papa John». And these wings are about as fake as papa’s love of Camero’s, his fake smile, and his fake friendship with Payton Manning.
You know how people will say that bad fish tasted «fishy». Well this is the first time I’ve ever tasted chicken that tasted «chickeny». And that is a BAAAAAAD thing. It was straight up nasty. The bbq sauce was also the first bbq sauce i’ve had that did not taste anything like bbq or the flavors that typically make up bbq. Not a hint of ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, smoke, vinegar, molasses, spices, etc. Just a vague hint of red color No.9. It made Wal-​Mart brand BBQ sauce taste world class.
And the real kicker comes with the ranch dipping sauce. Oh Lawd! The travesty. IT WAS CLEAR! You dip a wing in and it comes out looking like is was dipped in chalk water.
Papa John really needs to take a step back and re-​evaluate what he’s unleashing on the public.

Ordered a pizza delivery, arrived really quickly and the delivery guy was so nice! Also tasted great & fresh out of the oven.
