Do not stay here and if you do watch your bank account!!! My husband and I came into town for the night due to a family member having surgery. We travel with a pet that is a registered service pet. Upon checking in we presented our information as well as the dogs certification card. We were told there would be no charge for her. Two days later my card was charged $ 26.75 which was for the pet fee. This was not the usual bank card we use so there was only enough money on it to pay for the room. When I called the hotel about this I was told that they would reverse the charge for the pet fee, but they would do nothing about the overdraft charge they had caused me through the bank.
Now let’s talk about location: the hotel sits right behind a liquor store in a super sketchy part of town. There are people constantly hanging outside of the store and the environment as a whole just feels super unsafe. Other than that the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the did offer a hot breakfast. Just be cautious if you choose this hotel.
