Mr Drain Plumbing

I called these guys to come snake one bathroom tub drain today and since I wasn’t home my housemate accepted the tech and then paid him. The bill was $ 368 for snaking one drain!!! The job took him a total of 10 minutes and was at the house for maybe 30. Thieving MOFOs! Clearly this company is used to ripping off wealthy clientele to whom $ 100 here or there is just in the noise.
A competitor of theirs I’ve used only charges $ 150/​drain. Fuck these guys for charging me close to 250% the rate of competitors and then advertising they do it for 10% less!!!
I’ve called the company and am waiting for their management to get back to me. I’d be happy to change this to a positive review if they give me their matching of any other service provider less 10% (which would make their advertised going rate $ 135/​drain).
And is it just me or have they stolen the font from Walt Disney and the icon from America Online? Thieving mother fuckers — I tell you!
