APL Services

We were fortunate enough to have a technician from APL come to fix our dryer after struggling for nearly a week with a different company to even show up (we later discovered that technician did not actually replace our heating element, although we were charged $ 350 for it!) We were put on their schedule one evening, the APL technician arrived first thing the next morning, was very professional, and did a thorough job. He ended up needing an additional part, but my husband had to leave for work. He even came back later that evening (after hours) to finish the job at a time that was convenient for us. He explained things to us as he worked and after. He also let our dryer go through a cycle before he left to make sure no additional error codes showed up, something the previous company did not do. The rate was also cheaper. I cannot even tell you how frustrated we were with this previous company, and I so wish that we had called APL initially and saved ourselves the headache of dealing with unprofessional scammers. However, I am thankful that they were quick to respond and provided service that was beyond excellent. We are new to Atlanta (have only been here a year) and have had two awful experiences now with other appliance repair companies. We will ONLY be calling APL for all of our appliance repair needs from now on. I highly recommend this company!

My experience with APL was great, definitely a 5 star. Scheduling was very easy — The technician was very professional and was able to come the same day and on time to fix my dishwasher. He did a great job explaining to me what the problem was and gave me a very fair price! Great job! I will definitely call APL Services for all of my future appliance repairs.

I called this company to fix my Bosch dishwasher. Their website shows they are certified and when I phoned, they said they were certified. When the technician came, he started taking apart the dishwasher and said I needed to replace the control panel. He said the part would take two weeks and made me pay half down. I had to tell him to put the dishwasher back together. The next morning there was a big puddle by the dishwasher. I had to turn the water off and get another repair company. This company y does not do warranty work. They also misdiagnosed the problem. The actual Bosch repairman replaced a valve, and now the dishwasher works perfectly.
