Little man at the window was very polite, but forgot items in our order(which was for our employees who were working late). Also the wait time was a little absurd, you think with all of the extra time to fix our order it would’ve been correct! Probably will go to Zaxby’s next time or another choice.

I’ve been here twice, both times going inside to order to go. Both instances between 6−8PM, I stood for several minutes before anyone came to the counter to take my order and the door opening/closing isn’t silent. The workers weren’t rude but certainly not pleasant. The roast beef sandwich and curly fries I got once was usual good quality from Arby’s. The reuben I got another time had essentially no sauerkraut or sauce on it and I thought this made for a terrible reuben. The corned beef was good, but would’ve been better to advertize the sandwich as a corned beef sandwich – not a reuben which I think should have lots of sauerkraut and lots of 1000 island sauce. The bread was pretty soggy from steam let off by the beef(not from sauce, cheese, or kraut) by the time I got home to eat it so it might be different when dining in, although I’m surprised Arby’s wouldn’t have considered this when designing their sandwich. Given how dead this location looks and the other options nearby looking busier, I wonder how long it will take to close up.

I drive past this Arby’s everyday… so occassionally I stop. They consistently mess up orders. I went there and ordered a new Turkey Roaster. When I got home I realized they gave me a Market Fresh Turkey Sandwich. I don’t get it… they are trying to promote their new Roasters… that’s what I ordered. Last time I went there they totally forgot the french fries. I hate to always hold up the drive thru checking my bag. Even though this is a convenient location I just need to stop going there.

This location is close to my son’s school and he loves the Roast Beef Sandwich’s. The food is fine, it’s clean, however, the service is always soooooo slow. How can you only have one person taking orders for both the inside and the drive through and one cook-at Dinner time? The manager of this location needs to understand that Atlanta is where the headquarters are and ANYONE could be walking into this location at anytime.
