Jesus!, I don’t know how many check-in’s I’ve had here but this has got to be the worst retailer ever. Half the time they don’t know what the’re doing the other half they are just goofing off and taking there sweet time to help the customers. I’ve been here several times to get things straightened out with my phone. If this one wasn’t so close I’d go elsewhere, now I just pray that I don’t have anymore issues with my phone so I won’t have to see them again.

Great customer service every time I come in. Generally short wait times and they don’t try to sell the whole store to you. Ask for Laura, she’s great with helping you sort out what plan to pick.
