This food was extremely dry and bland. The service from waiter Nate was terrible. After having terrible service from the waiter, and terrible food, I spoke to the manager and he told me there’s nothing he could do about it. I am highly dissatisfied with my service, as well as my meal. DONOTEATHERE!!!

Ate here for a friend’s birthday and they couldn’t take a party of 7. They put some of us in a booth by the window and then the rest of us in a booth by the back wall… My burger was good, but my french fries were soggy and bad. The only good thing here was our server. He was very polite and helpful with any questions we had.

Worst service ever. Tried to have dinner with 7 of my friends and we were refused service because our party was too big. We asked for two tables of four and were told we couldn’t do that either. Asked for a manager and was told he was to busy working behind the counter. Really, you don’t want this kind of business for your Restaurant? I will not ever come back.

Tried to dine here after seeing the Force at Atlantic Station. The hostess was incredibly rude when we asked for a table. We were a party of 8 including my elderly father who has difficulty walking and standing for long periods. She said they don’t take party’s of 8. I said ok we’ll split up to 2 parries of four. Her curt reply was they knew we were 8 so it was against their policy to serve us. We discussed this a few minutes and she couldn’t comprehend how to split a group of 8 Into 2 groups of 4. I asked to speak to the manager and she said go ahead. I asked if he would come to me. Her snide comment was«he’s too busy» to talk to you” «We’re very busy tonight. Her manner was incredibly rude and hostile. Obviously we left and will never return. APF

This place is the absolute worst. We came with a party of 8 and was told we could not be seated. We asked to be split into 2 parties of 4 and they said no. It felt really bad. My family went next door and I stayed to talk to the manger. He explained to me that their kitchen was too small… BS!!!

Food was good, service was ok, atmosphere was decent. Kinda priced more than it’s worth, but I wasn’t necessarily disappointed. I’d probably go back, but only if I was in the area. Try it out for yourself ;-)

Atlantic Grill is exactly what you’d expect from a hotel restaurant. The dining room décor is a bit stodgy and dated but clean and adequate. The food is traditional American with options ranging from salads to sandwiches to steaks /chicken /fish. There are no surprises on the menu or in the preparation. It’s all very standard fare, especially given the high price points. I work downtown and stop in occasionally for business breakfasts and lunches but would not go out of my way to eat here.

A total disappointment. I asked them to leave the carrots and onions off my salad. And that they add blue cheese crumbles. None of these requests were honored and the server’s comment was, «Oh, they put them on anyway». No apology. My server did bring me a ramekin with the blue cheese crumbles. The food was average. The behavior of the restaurant staff was disruptive and distracted from the atmosphere and dining experience. I sat on the patio, the staff came in and out repeatedly to pick up and drop off children, talk to people in cars on the street. One even went running out of the restaurant and down the street. Taking care of personal business in the middle of the patio dining is inappropriate and unprofessional.

The burgers are big, juicy, and tasty. The chilli is also delicious. Service was has been good on four times that I have attended.

We ended up in Atlantic Station tonight and looking for a place to eat that was pup friendly. We asked the waitress working outside if our dog was welcome on the patio with us while we ate. There was some hesitation but she said yes. We did get a few looks at first. Obviously this is not the norm but all of the wait staff was awesome with her being there and kind enough to check on her as well as us! The food is the second reason this place gets 5 stars. I’m a picky eater so I’m hard to please but the spinach and artichoke dip was the best I have ever had from a restaurant. The garlic chicken was cooked perfect and who doesn’t like good mashed potatoes. My friend order the Ghost Burger, cooked medium, and said exactly the same thing. We will definitely be dining there again!

The chef needs to learn how to cook a medium well burger. My burger was over cooked… taste like cheap diner food.

My experience here was very memorable… for the wrong reasons. I came here before going to the movies since it’s right across the street and could be quick. We were seated quickly and were able to get an outdoor table. We waited for about 10 minutes and all of a sudden 4 people come flying out of the restaurant screaming at each other and trying to hit each other. Apparently one of the customers said something insulting to a waitress and tried to hit her. The waitress chased after her and some people were able to stop her and everyone was screaming and riled up. The fight cleared after 5 minutes. The manager comes around and apologizes. However, we waited another 10 minutes before anyone even came to take our drink order. Apparently the 2 waitresses that were involved in that fight were still too worked up and only 1 waiter was still working at this point. He was very nice and we tried to be understanding that he was taking over everyone’s tables and is going as fast as he can. We ordered our drinks and our food. We waited forever for our food!!! This didn’t have anything to do with the lack of wait staff. Their kitchen is just SUPER slow. The food was alright… nothing special. It was definitely not worth the drama and the wait.

Nice place to stop in for a beer or a bite of some bar food. Nice patio. Great place to relax after work or shopping. Great price on beer food.

For being a Ritz Carlton restaurant, this place fell way short. The service was impeccable(hence the 3-star rating), but the food left something to be desired. I ordered a Caesar salad, and it was good – not great. I have food allergies, so the menu was a bit limiting for me. I asked my server if I could order a burger(which wasn’t on the menu) and he obliged willingly, with no issues. I asked for it to be well done – parts were rare. That wasn’t his fault. I subbed Mac & Cheese for my fries and it was good – not great. The waitstaff was the best. Once I shared my disappointment with them, they offered to comp my dessert, but nothing really appealed to me, so they removed the salad from my bill(which I didn’t ask for, but did appreciate). I’m just sorry to say that my overall experience wasn’t the best.

Service was slow and we got there when they opened. .it was only 3 tables! !! Food was good but customer service was lacking. Lady behind bar played with her hair coughed in her hands and didn’t even wash afterwards! !! All I can say is GROSS! !! I’d never return again.. bun was soaked with butter and the waiter had an attitude when I asked to get it toasted more. .when he returned(mark the waiter) they only added butter without putting it on the grill..

Like for real… Where do I begin? Let’s see the room temperature old coffee. The pre-frozen cookie cutter burger. Yeah I noticed that wasn’t fresh or locally made. I ordered the spicy southwest burger with grilled jalapeño peppers. What I got was a dry frozen already made burger with canned jalapeño peppers on top. Shame on you! And shame on the people who actually said food was good here. That is all.

I debated between 4 and 5 stars, but finally chose 5 stars. My debate was that I sat at the bar, so the swiftness of ordering food wasn’t there. The drinks are strong and good and inexpensive(at least well drinks anyway). The bartender was good. He was kind of humorous, but I’m not sure why. It is somehow the way that he interacts, but it’s not what he says. I’m not sure how to describe it. Anyway, they have burgers, bar food, and some entrees. They claim to have the best meatloaf, so that is what we went with. It comes with green beans and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were good and standard flair. The green beans tasted fresh and not from a can. The meatloaf is of course the winner. Rather than being topped with a tomato sauce or ketchup, it was topped with a brown gravy. The portion was enormous! The meat loaf was very good. The combination of eating the meatloaf and the potatoes and the gravy at the same time made it a hit.

In honor of visiting Atlanta next week, I’m finishing this review I apparently started a few years ago lol. 6÷5÷2011 Wasn’t all that great. I got a bacon cheese burger because they’re famous for burgers, and it seemed as if they put more effort into making the burger large than putting flavor into it. The burger was bland and the service was mediocre. I’ll only go there for a drink from now on, if that.

Atlantic Grill is located right next to Chick-a-Biddy. Their patios kind of blend together. In fact, if it wasn’t for the fencing, I would have thought they were the same restaurant. I came here during lunch with a co-worker. This will mark my second visit here, both of which were less than memorable. The food is very typical«bar» food — burgers, sandwiches, wings, nachos, etc. Like many of the places in Atlantic Station, I’ve come to discover that everything is extraordinarily vanity priced with mediocre food. I ordered the kitchen sink salad — bacon crumbles, romaine lettuce, roasted red pepper, chickpeas, hardboiled egg bits and chicken. The chicken tastes like the«I-don’t-know-how-to-cook-so-let-me-buy-the-pre-prepared» chicken you can get at the super market, and dare I say that the supermarket stuff tastes better?! Other than the dry chicken, the salad was decent. Reminded me a Cobb salad with roasted red peppers. I will say that the portions were generous. I’ve also tried the meatloaf and the All American burger. The meatloaf was also a little dry, but the burger was okay. It wasn’t very memorable, and I wouldn’t come here for a burger unless it was out of sheer convenience. My friend ordered the chicken tender platter(I swear, she’s not a 6 year old!) and I found it was overly heavy on breading. The fries were also comparable to the frozen fries at the supermarket. TLDR; go to Publix and pick up some Stouffers for cheaper.
