Auntie Anne’s

The cashiers always have an attitude every time I go and don’t offer any sauces with the pretzels. Worst customer service ever.

Delicious soft pretzels to get on the run. I usually stop to get one every time I am at the mall.

Came her with my sister yesterday around 4:30 and the lady working the cash register was being extremely unpleasant. I asked if there were any mini pretzel dogs because we didn’t see any in the case and she said, «They’re out.» My sister saw that the mini dogs on the counter and proceeded to ask the lady, «So you do not have anymore?» The lady rudely responded, «I said they’re out!» Out as in no more or out as in out of the oven? She should have clarified and not replied to a customer the way she did. Not to mention, there was a strand of hair in our cinnamon pretzel bites. This is our first and last time here at this location.

Great service at this location but they give a lot smaller portions than other locations.

GOOD, BUT NOT RECOMMENDED
As my husband and I were leaving the food area, (after deciding not to eat), we encountered the smell of pretzels. This is a wonderful smell but we decided to walk on by because pretzels are just not our thing. As we walked by I paused to watch the pretzel dough get manipulated into various shapes. Cool, I continue on, complete some shopping and come back this way. Silly me, again I pause to watch the process and to read the menu, Big Mistake! I see Nathans and notice that they have these little pigs in a blanket made with mini Nathan’s and pizza dough.
I can feel the sweat start to spring forth on my forehead as I look to the left a see a free sample plate of these little bites. I take a couple of samples for us to try and it is over. Thank God these come in a small single serving cup that I can share with my husband as I definitely didn’t want to eat the whole thing alone. They are very butterlicious so I just dumped them out on napkins and proceeded to try to extract some of the additional fat.
Decadent, Delicious and Deadly! Don’t do it!!. It’s kind of like bungee jumping. Yes, I did it but I don’t necessarily recommend that you do it! I just don’t want that on my conscious!
Skip the lemonade beverage as it is just diluted Kool-​aid. I tried the sample out of curiosity, so no loss here. I am a water drinker and the water was just fine.
Remember, these little bites are not recommended. Keep walking and look the other way!

Excellent friendly service! In my youth no trip to the mall was complete without a cinnamon and sugar pretzel. (This was of course after I graduated from the cookie cart stage)
After taking mini me to Claire’s I decided to introduce her to the joys of auntie Anne’s. She neglected to get the cinnamon sugar version that I suggested-​which is wild Bc I normally veto sugar unless she is going to someone else’s house (preferably her Nana’s) anyway that didn’t stop me from sneaking several bites while she wasn’t looking. They weren’t as yummy as I remembered-​overkill with the butter but she enjoyed it and they offer them without butter or salt! 4 stars for a happy baby and a nostalgic mommy. Plus the service was terrific. We shall return!

I love Auntie Anne’s pretzels but this location always gives very small portions and I leave feeling unsatisfied :/
