Why is it that the last three times I have walked into this bank there are only two tellers helping a line of 10+ customers? Yet, there is one manager and at least two other folks sitting in their offices with nothing to do? They need a lot better staffing of tellers at this bank. Otherwise, the assistance i get (when I finally survive the long wait to the front of the line), is usually prompt and friendly.
