No one manning the counter. There was a female employee with her backed turned to me when I walked in, turned around and looked straight at me, and then hesitated to serve me for another few minutes. I ordered a sundae and she looked at me like she genuinely had no idea how to take an order. I wanted rainbow sprinkles on the ice cream and they had run out, so a woman who looked like the manager sent a male employee to storage to get the sprinkles. He came back with chocolate, not rainbow, and she proceeded to scold him for grabbing the wrong kind and sent him back, which took another 5 minutes. He was side-eyeing me strangely, too. And my 2 scoops were pretty stingy, she could’ve given me more considering the fact that it took way too long. It seems like this place is very poorly employed and is uninviting to guests. Won’t be coming back.

Stopped in yesterday for a cool treat on a warm December day. We walked in and there was not a person in sight. I mean not a single person. No customers and no employees. Just eerie quiet. I peeked over the counter expecting to find a dead ice cream worker(yes, I watch too much Criminal Minds) but there was no one there. I called out«hello?» and finally a woman popped her head out from the back. She was on the phone and gave me the one-finger universal symbol for ‘just a sec’. Well just a sec turned into 6 minutes. She never came out. We left. There are way too many ice cream options in this town to pay for rude and non-existent customer service.

This place is very conveniently located at the heart of sandy springs. Parking is easy to find since its inside a strip mall with a separate entrance. The service was quick and the place has a plethora of options that you can sample before finalizing what you want. The owner was very soft spoken and friendly and also generous with the size of scoops. My wife and I come here whenever we have an ice cream craving and are never disappointed.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday party 2 weeks in advance and I had to have it by 11AM the day of her party. The employee/owner woke me up at 10:30PM the night before calling to tell me that she was unable to have it done until 2PM at the earliest the next day. And then when I called at 1PM to see if she could get it earlier she was extremely rude. There’s also a language barrier so I could barely understand her. I will never go to this location of Baskin-Robbins again!

No room in my freezer, it’s hot, and I want ice cream… after 4pm. So my options are pretty much limited to home, and this is basically the only ice cream shop in the entire area. There is street parking on Hammond but if you’re driving toward Roswell Road, it’s on the wrong side of the street. But you can park behind the building this is located in and there are spots marked for Baskin-Robbins only. It’s kind of weird because then you can enter from up here too, and there are some tables up there. And this is where it all went wrong. There were boxes sitting on the floor for cups, which is something I see at my job too except I put them in the back within an hour of opening. The stairs down to the actual counter was littered in the paper wrapping of cones. Then down there it’s very cramped, the freezers of ice cream are disjointed, and about a third of them aren’t even labeled. It was incredibly messy and I kind of wished the stairs had been a good enough sign to turn around and just go to the Kroger behind me. There were sprinkles all over the counter. I mean I understand being busy working at a Starbucks during morning rush but you better believe I take a second to clean up small spills. The woman working there asks me what I want from the register rather than taking the 3 steps to ask me to my face. It was $ 3 for a little cup of ice cream that took care of my craving but left me kind of wishing I went and sat in traffic for something better. Probably won’t be back. Wouldn’t recommend it. Why is there no other option in this area for ice cream other than going to the grocery store?! Terrible. There used to be a Brusters up on Mount Vernon and I can’t for the life of me understand how it closed since I’d bet even the worst Brusters could churn circles around this place.

This is the worst B&R I have ever been to. Not only does it smell like the inside of a toilet, but there is never anyone manning the counter. Twice now I have walked in and no one is around. I literally could have walked out with the tip jar if I wanted to. The first time I went there with my son, the employee was on the phone for a significant amount of time. When she finally hung up, there was no apology for having to wait, and she rudely served us. This second visit, no one ever came out from the back of the store. Never. We stood there for at least 7 minutes. I yelled multiple time for someone to come help. Crickets. Lesson learned. I will never, ever return to this smelly, rude, terrible ice cream parlor.
