The bath and body works here suck. BWW is known for their amazing service. So amazing that you’re practically begging them to stop checking up on you. This one? Nah. I was literally chasing after her to get her to help me. There was a black lady with a pixie cut that was REALLY rude to me. I asked her where the full sized hand sanitizer a were and she said «what?» all mean and stuff :(It’s really small and not stocked. They don’t even carry full sized hand sanitizer?!

I actually came in here without a clue of the product I was looking for. Some lemony smelling lotion I had from a Marriott Hotel a month ago. I told the staff about the lemony flavor and they guessed it right, Orange Ginger? Was the hotel a Marriott? Yep, that’s it! Kudos for the thinking on their feet and knowing their product. Unfortunately they were out and wouldn’t have any in until next month. Still, I appreciate the customer service!
