V is a great trainer that knows how to connect with his client and generate motivating results for them. He’s highly skilled at what he does and his medical background helps because he understands the human body and can work with clients safely. I highly recommend him!

I started training with V after seeing the amazing results my boyfriend experienced after a few weeks of training with him. I’ve been training twice a week for a couple months now, and I’m really happy with my results. I’m already much stronger and able work so much harder than I ever thought I could. Every session is different but typically includes a lot of high-intensity cardio intervals plus some weight training(for me anyway). I always leave feeling completely exhausted and great!

So I have had about 14 sessions with V now. I have worked out for many years but took a break for about 6 months due to neck and back issues. I think his medical background is invaluable. Anytime I have an issue with a certain exercise, we modify it or just don’t do it. The changes in my body in these 14 hour long sessions are amazing. Even if others don’t notice, I am extremely pleased. A little warning though; if you are not serious about working out and getting in shape, don’t contact V… lol. From the minute you walk in til your time is up, you are working out. No time for any BS. Connect with him if you want results and want to work for them.

He’s really good with his workout sessions and he tailors them to fit your needs and your abilities. He doesn’t set up the workouts as a «one size fits all approach» which is good because everyone is different. He will even demonstrate each part of the workout with you so you’re able to understand! He will help you develop really good form during your workouts. If I’m working out with him several(or more) days a week, I put on muscle very fast and look more lean. He isn’t a huge advocate on weight supplements or pills– so he won’t tell you that you need to buy this and that and all that plus a bag of chips. All you need to do is wear your workout clothes bring some bottled water and your gym shoes– the equipment is what he provides! He is very patient and understanding. I chose to work with him because I have experience in medical field, so I am weary about working out with people that don’t have medical knowledge(people don’t always know about injury prevention, or proper warmup techniques, and they probably aren’t knowledgeable about the negative effects that pills and supplements can have on the body.) The times I’ve done something wrong during my workouts and strain a muscle, V has helped me fix it within that same session and keep moving without any pain and no treatment is necessary afterwards.(Of course, everyone is different). Recently, I was avoiding the gym altogether from a bad hamstring injury caused by running(he wasn’t there when it happened)… We resorted to doing strictly yoga instead of cardio training and within two weeks, my injury was 100% GONE. That injury was hanging around for MONTHS before I did anything to fix the problem! You will NOT be disappointed in him. He’s legit and he won’t push you to pull a muscle or break a leg. He’s my critic as well when it comes to grocery shopping! I’m a vegetarian, so he knows what is suitable for me. He also trains my husband as well(he does cardio/weight training) — We’ve been with him since last year and wouldn’t go with anyone else. I was the one that said«Hey, you don’t know very many trainers with medical background that knows everything about the human body and what to consume and what to stay away from.» Before I even think of shelling out money for supplements or anything, I ask him for his input. He’s honest! Don’t be afraid to contact him! You will not regret it!

I have been working with V for over 7 sessions now, thanks to his guidance and training, I have more stamina, I have been able to control my glucose levels controlled. V has made sure to pay attention to my needs and wants. He goes out of his way to meet with me at a location of my choosing. He is always on time.
